Workers are rude and the king is always long and slow. They always give me a hard time getting my medicine

I would go 0 stars if I could after today’s experience. The manager at this store seems to want to find ways to be unhelpful.
We were directed to the CVS as a UPS access point. We were told by the store that our box was too big and that the box needed to fit on the shelf they had for UPS. So we unboxed the item to get it into a box that would fit. When we did that we were told it was still too big. We asked what dimensions would be acceptable so that this didn’t happen again. We were told “small boxes”. We asked whether the boxes on the shelf were acceptable and were told “it depends”. We asked if there were dimensions for the rule so that we could make sure we complied. The manager then said “we can reject boxes in our sole discretion”.
Ultimately, the manager said “we have sole discretion and we just won’t accept your package” and walked away.
Suffice to say this will not be a store we frequent going forward.

Absolutely awful automated phone service. Impossible to get to a person to find out opening hours of pharmacy with it! Massively fristratingy

This place has a young girl working here (a cashier) that’s extremely rude. You greet and thank her and she responds with an ugly grimace. YUCK!!!

Drive up pharmacy is the worst. Why have the convenience of a drive through if the wait is 3 times longer than the counter.

Thank you CVS Goshen! After an hour at urgent care and then 30 minutes of the urgent care not calling in the prescription, literally 1 minute after the pharmacy getting the prescription they had it filled. With a one year old with pink eye and ear infections having the pharmacy do this almost made me cry, thank you so much to the Saturday pharmacy crew!!!!

The girl who works the register and answers the phone at the pharmacy is extremely rude and unhelpful. This has been an issue for our last three visits. We have used CVS for over 25 years. I know it’s hard to find employees but this is going to cost the pharmacy customers. What a shame.

if I could I would give it less stars. This pharmacy does not care about the patients receiving the medication and how important some medications can be. My 5 year old son is epileptic and most of his medications are considered narcotics which means we can not order in advance which means it’s a very small window from when he runs out and when we have to refill. We usually go to a ship to door pharmacy but the local cvs is way more convenient .. well that will be the last chance we give them!! I made multiple calls to ensure that they have received his medication from the yesterday order and that we will be able to pick it up so that he does not run out - Welp guess what happens when we go to pick it up? THEY DONT HAVE IT EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TO CONFIRM IT AND WAS TOLD IT WILL BE READY TODAY! Even after me double confirming and letting the pharmacy tech know that if they don’t have it I will have to make other arrangements to get it filled for today! Which she said yes it will be ready today and now we are told we have to wait til the Monday due to no deliveries on the weekend!!! This isn’t a “oops my bad situation” this is a life and possible death situation as without a medication our son has an extremely high chance of having a seizure because of how epileptic he is. I will no longer use this pharmacy and if you need a medication of high importance I highly recommend you do not risk taking the chance here. This wasn’t the first time this happened but it sure as hell will be the last. If you hate your job that much, I highly recommend you leave a place that puts lives in danger! Instead of rushing concerned parents off the phone!
