Weekend Evening Staff is great but the store policy is quite insulting. I was told to put my backpack at the counter? Do you tell people to put their purses at the counter.? Do you think people need a backpack to steal? Not sure what your reasoning is but I can't trust a business that doesn't trust its customers.

They ruined this place no cashiers

This store deserves less than a one star. Never in my life had the most awful experience in a retail store. I had never treated people who was different or had a disability horrible. Tonight I went to get a few items with my disabled husband and three children and I hear the manager I presume yelling at my husband who had multiple strokes and have no control over his blander due to nerve damage. This manager yelled at my husband because he had an accident on himself why looking for the bathroom. He told us that if we didn’t leave he was going to call the cops, we couldn’t buy anything we had to leave. We told this manager that my was disabled, and this manager told us that he didn’t care how disabled my husband was and Humiliated him while heading to the front door. This manager told us that because my sick husband had accident he got upset because he had to clean it up. This manager then follow us all the way to our vehicles as we left. No one who has any type of issues or disabilities should treat unkindly or humiliated in any sort of way. This manager should not be a manager at all. We are human beings and not animals and should treated with respect.

Deb is a very unfriendly employee i have been here several times and it is the same every time. She may say the words hello and welcome but she certainly doesn't mean it she's very unfriendly in her tone. She slams my items out of the basket onto the counter then into the bag. This will be my last time at this location

Cashier was friendly. Was honest about me giving her to much money. They had all items I went to pick up stocked.

Manager is a crack head. Wish I caught her name, but you can tell by the teeth and hair. Super unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t go there if I were you.

This store need new management and stuff I don't like this store at all I wouldn't recommend due to they never stock shelf up employees are very rude disrespectful this store suppose to give you cash back when buying they will tell you they can't give cash back I done pay for my item a few tome in need of cash both cashier have nasty attitude to get cash and managers working on register and suppose to be on floor stocking this store nasty people floors are very dirty the restroom keep a sign on door stating out of order

This is Larry's wife...This DG is always very clean and pretty well stocked..The staff that was there every time I shopped (a nice woman with a blonde ponytail and Detroit baseball hat.)was not there tonight...the staff that was there didn't really greet me when I came to check out..she was too busy working on the cleaning strategy with her co-worker. No "thank you " "have a nice night "..nothing...I am a huge fan of customer service which, sadly, there was none available tonight. That's why the 3 stars...

I have been going to the store for 10 years.
I also pass 2 other dollar general locations to get to this store. They are friendly and respectful to Me . That is why I'm willing to spend an extra few moments of my time and gas. Keep up the great work.

A sign said no cash back. Theres no coin shortage anymore so most people assume that means while paying with a card theres no cash back. Well...i couldnt pay cash she refused and said there was no cash in the store. So i asked if i could buy the dog food only because ill have exact change. She looked confused. Texted on her phone and looked at me confused. So i asked again and she said again theres no cash. This was 25 minutes before closing..yes its late but it has not closed and wont for quite a while. There were lots of shoppers because its Halloween night and Saturday so im not the only person walking into the store. Maybe if your gonna leave the store to someone..maybe choose someone that can explain things to shoppers. Its a store...if im paying cash and understand your lack of what is the problem with me paying...probably more than the price for the items.

Haven't been here in nearly seven months until today. They were so glad to help me, as always, that I couldn't see who was in my own shoes. Great place. Great employees. Great prices and service. Have a mask and protect the people who work for you here.

This is the cleanest Dollar General on Earth! But if they don't stop following me around the store I'm going to stop going... it's absurd! The manager there will literally get up behind me. I can feel him breathing on my neck and talk about "we have facial recognition" who brings a generalized conversation up like that while I'm standing there trying to pay for everything I picked up! I'm not a thief and I definitely don't like being treated as such! All the while all the real thieves walk around probably stealing you blind! while I'm paying for my items. you have 10 million cameras why does the young lady from behind the counter have to jump out there and start following me like 3 ft from me like it's not obvious? recognition manager boy is extra annoying because I am wearing a mask and sunglasses and a hat get away from me dude!!! You're making me nervous!

A smaller store. I was In & Out without any issues.
Digital coupons really will save you money. I'd rather stop here than a BigBox store ANYTIME.

be going there for ever. The stores let me down more and more. I've been going here for over 10 years. I literally prefer going there instead of Walmart. I spend thousands of dollars a year at this Dollar general. But shoppers be aware look at your receipt. If you buy any items that are on a store discount 90% of the time you will not get the discount. And the cashiers don't care. I've been keeping track and since November of last year. I'm at $37.50 that they screwed me out of on discounts and when I asked them about it they said "oh well we'll try to fix it". I'll let y'all think of the outcome of this business.

I love the staff here! It is close to my apartment, so I come here often for those things I don't want to go to Walmart or another store for. Always friendly and willing to help. Sometimes store has a little clutter that can make it difficult to navigate, otherwise, they offer discounts on return visits on the weekends with your receipt. There is usually a lot of available parking as well.
