Make sure have all day . My appointment was at 10.00am at the doctors. Left the surgery at 10.30. My wife gave them until 5.pm . As I get we have to wait and they still didn't print anything off and said comeback in 20 minutes 😒

Terrible at dispensing. My prescription (for important medicines) was sent by my doctor direct). I had enough left for 3 days, luckily. Two days after the prescription was sent they had still not filled it. They told me to come back later, they are running behind!!! Totally unacceptable!

The staff at this pharmacy are brilliant, they've gone above and beyond in the 7 years I have used them very regularly. They, along with most pharmacies in the country, have suffered from a shortage of supplies - it's not their fault and they have offered me practical advice as to how to overcome shortages to the point of contacting other pharmacies in the area.
The whole team work very well together and have managers who certainly know their trade.

Since sainsburys pharmacy has closed, I was moved here, which is great as it's still close by. Lovely staff, always polite and have time for the customers, so helpful even though they are run ragged most of the time! The female boss on the other hand isn't very approachable which is a shame as it let's this great "Team" down. These ladies give 100%, and I thank them for always being so pleasant and helpful. Happy new year ladies, I appreciate you!

Called in to speak to the pharmacist about a medical problem. He was so helpful & gave me really good advice. Will definitely call here again if I need help.

Horrendously rude service. Never going to this pharmacy again because I’ve never had a good experience. The young man who was working this evening should be ashamed to call himself a pharmacist. Made me repeat myself 10 times and had me waiting for way too long before he even bothered to lift his head up from his phone on the back counter. Shocking!

Very bad service. Gp send them 2 prescription for my dad. 1st for high cholesterol and 2nd for pain . But the pharmacist give him only medicine for pain. And when I went today she try to make me fool she said yes this medicine we give him is for cholesterol but it was not. I insist there I said no this for pain not for cholesterol still she tried to make fool then after long conversation she give me right medicine for cholesterol. And i don't want to make scene there that's why i didn't told to the main Pharmacist. My dad not understand English he don't know which is for pain or which is for cholesterol. If I was not looked his medicine he will be continuing taking only pain instead of cholesterol medicine. Who was responsible for this? Please provide correct medicine to the patients. PLEASE IT IS VERY RISKY FOR PATIENTS HEALTH.

Excellent Pharmcy staff are professional polite and very respectful at all times. However last week I witnessed a customer direct appalling rude disgusting behaviour to the lady who was dealing with him. Needless to say she still remained professional as she always does.

The staff are brilliant. So helpful kind and understanding-a real credit. The staff member today helped me save money on my hrt prescription...brilliant! Highly recommend.

Very Poor Service. When I have visited on the last few occasions simple items such as surgical dressings were not sold. I was told Tesco's should have them. I understand space is limited but neither can supply certain items, you are better going to a proper Chemist straight away. Also, the people working there have been unfriendly/ rude lately which is even more unnecessary and upsetting.

Medication was ready when I arrived.

Had to put 1 star as there was not a 0 or a minus. Everytime we stop here for breakfast they never have what i want. They have a massive shop full of stock but nothing in the cafe. Last time we attempt to eat here, much better places around thst have the food on there menu😡😡😡
