My teacher (Lieselotte) at BXL Academy is great. She is really helping me to improve my Dutch, through a combination of learning methods. I look forward to each class, which is different to my experience in other language classes in the past!

I took 30 hours of private lessons (English) at Bxl Academy to improve my conversational skills and vocabulary. My teachers Barry and Max were both very skilled and kind. The lessons and schedule could be adapted to my wishes. I would highly recommend Bxl Academy.

Very disorganized school, no structure, no coffee available for students or teachers. No quality material and no one ever answers the phone. I'm surprised that some people gave good reviews, maybe they haven't been to other schools.

I attended an evening French language class at Bxl Academy, starting from the A1/A2 level. The class lasted for 7 weeks. We met twice per week for 90 minutes each session. At the beginning, the secretariat helped me determine the most suitable level for my needs. My teacher, Laura, was absolutely fantastic. Her French is impeccable and her teaching style made learning French very enjoyable. She prioritized speaking practice while also providing insights into grammar. What I appreciated most was her flexibility. Laura made the classes interactive by involving us in selecting topics to learn. She also accommodated an unexpected situation, when I couldn't attend the class in person, by offering hybrid lessons. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Bxl Academy and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn French.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Brussels academy. The staff is very professional, friendly and with a great sense of humour. I was in a class with 5 people and the teacher paid individual attention to everyone’s needs and difficulties that they have. I spent two intense courses with French professor Piéro. He has extreme patience and an extraordinary talent to explain grammar, which has been my issue for the past 7 years. A two month intense course with him brought me to a B1 level of speaking and writing. This makes me now very confident to have daily interactions in Brussels. I highly recommend the school and especially this teacher.

Soldi buttati. Indicibile che fregatura! 750 euro for 3 months. it is just absurde for basic /low levels beginner/ French.
I was in A1 (It was ok for 3 months from Jan 23) ..then they change the professeur (without even saying it) and I have no comment on how bad was the A2. I have unlearned what I ve learned in A1. So totally wasted.
This is lot of money.
French culture with many international locations ? Mah… not really.
Unfortunately I have not found in A2 the good professeur.I expect much much more for this price. Not recommended. Now i pay six time less in another school and have super good professeur and as well activités of french culture for free!

I had an intensive course of French in Bxl Academy. The school is conveniently located in the center of Brussels, only two steps away from Art-Loi metro station. If you go by car you can always find a parking space in one of the nearby streets, you have to pay though - around 4 euro for 3.5 hours. As for the course itself I really enjoyed it. It was held in a small group of 6 people. I had a great teacher, Ingrid, who created a warm, friendly, and at the same-time highly-motivating environment in the group. Our work in the classroom was intense but not tiring, and even the coffee breaks during which we chatted informally were aiming at improving students’ level of French. Within 4 weeks we progressed from level A2 to level B1, which seemed a target difficult to achieve at first. But the process of learning was organised the way we could practice grammar and comprehension, and improve speaking, and writing skills at the same time.
I also would like to point out that the work of the school secretariat is beyond any praise. Whatever issue or question you have - you always get support and answers. As an expat I highly value clear and friendly communication, and Bxl Academy is the place providing it 100 per cent.
I highly recommend this school to everyone who wants to learn French.

I booked a language class so early that I even got an early bird discount. Four days before the class I got a mail that I need to do a test before the class is starting. After finishing the test they were telling me that the class is now fully booked and I cannot enter it any more. Really bad organized from my point of perspective.

I’ve had a great experience with Bxl Academy. The virtual classes are convenient and easy to plan around work and life. Classes are small and interactive. My teacher, Lily, put lots of time and consideration around course planning, which makes time in the classroom fun and engaging. Would recommend to anyone interested in learning a second language!

Exams proceeded flawlessly. Everything was punctual and all staff, especially the lady at the front desk were super friendly.

I am very happy with the decision of joining Alliance Française Bruxelles-Europe starting January 2022. Before joining, I did research about best places to learn French in Bxl, and I found AF. They have a great deal of offers depending of your time/budget, their methodology is modern, the classes are quite fun, they mix written and oral communication. Apart from the modules, they organize cultural events and group visits to different places (authentic neighborhoods, EU Parliament etc) and it's a great way to socialize with other apprentices, learn French and make new friends. The staff and teachers are very nice and helpful. I totally recommend!
