The help was friendly and helpful. But they didn't have the product they stated they had earlier.

It was quiet but there wasn't many workers when I needed help.

Me and my bf have service dogs for medical reasons, we were sitting in an isle do to a medical episode and mind you, we aren't in the way or anything, the manager comes over and tells us "if your not buying anything u cant be sitting around blocking the way. My response was "we can't control our disabilities, we aren't in the way and if we pass out then we really can't do anything" then the manager replies with "well if aren't gone within a few minutes you are gonna have to leave" like I'm sorry we have disabilities that affects us

Pretty frustrated with return policy for Halloween. It doesn't make sense to only allow refunds DAYS BEFORE Halloween weekend/Halloween holiday. People are gonna change their mind or what they bought isn't gonna work out. Yes store credit is nice and better than nothing. but like most people I don't shop here often at all and I spent almost $100 bucks. Just wish a better policy would be in place considering the holiday.

Alex, Sarah, and Makayla were so sweet and replaced my balloons for my son's first birthday. They did an outstanding job at rearranging the balloons and even bagging them. Thank you for being kind and polite. I will for sure use Party City for all our special occasions because of this second time around!

We were looking for rubber ducks & couldn't find them. Asked an employee about them & she took Us right to them. Service was friendly & awesome. She was very helpful.

Great Halloween selection. A lot of stuff is cheaper than buying from Amazon. They often run out of birthday themed stuff, but if you have time you can order what you need from their website too.
