The store offers a fantastic selection of jewelry that cater to a variety of needs. They have immense range of collections. Im a regular customer of Bhima most of the time when i visited their outlet Mr Siddarth is the one who provides the Assistance, The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions. The comprehensive services offered by Mr. Siddarth were impressive. I appreciate his patience. As a customer service person he made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Bhima is my go-to store for all my gold shopping, and I highly recommend it to others.

We visited Bhima jwellers showroom at Rolla ,last week. We were assisted by Mr. Naveen. He was very courteous, attentive and had good communication skills. He understood our needs, preferences and so demonstrated jewelry options and suggested alternative items as per our budget. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommendable.

Very bad experience. I was there at the jewelry today,and the salesman promised to give an additional discount on the making charge as they told 75 dhs for a 3 gm worth stud and felt it was too expensive. During the billing the owner of the jewelry or the manager refused to give the discount and he behave rudely and in a very unprofessional way ,,, which was totally unacceptable.
