Came to Reed’s due to the crown of my 10 year old Breitling coming out. They facilitated sending the watch to Breitling and advocated for me with how they typed everything up. I really felt like they made sure I was satisfied and taken care of from start to finish with zero holes in their practice. They kept me in the loop the whole time and my watch came back literally looking brand new. Just look at this thing. Thank you Tim and everyone that works here.

Debbie is amazing. I went in looking to buy a tungsten ring and ended up with an amazing 14k gold wedding band. The jewelry itself is amazing but the customer service was even better. I had been shopping around for a ring for several weeks and had awful experiences even so far as a dealer saying “the cheaper cases are down here” before even asking what my budget was. Debbie knocked it out of the park talked to me about budget, value, what I was looking for, then showed me the ring I fell inlove with.

The initial interaction went well; the salesperson was very accommodating and understood what we were looking for. However, I have had a poor experience with this location’s communication. Once the ring was ordered, there was no further communication initiated from their end. We were promised regular status updates throughout the process, but received none unless we proactively reached out. We later informed them of our relocation, expecting that instead of in-store pickup, they would mail the item to our new address. Somehow, they used the wrong address and failed to provide a tracking number as promised.

We were able to pick out our perfect set in under an hour and receive the best pricing possible. After viewing other stores and products, nothing could compare to the variety and customer service we received at Reeds. We recently made a significant jewelry purchase at Reeds Jewelers in Fayette Mall. We had researched this purchase at other local jewelers and online. It seems customer service is a lost art these days but it can still be found occasionally. After discussing the item with the staff at Reeds we were impressed with their knowledge and personal service. Thanks to Alex and Mr. Baker we got the exact item we wanted and they made the whole process fun and enjoyable. We will definitely return to Reeds and recommend them to anyone looking for extensive knowledge and the personal touch in jewelry selection.

The WORST customer service I have ever had. We went in to purchase a piece of jewelry. Not one person greeted us or asked if we needed any help. In fact, 2 employees looked right at us and never even acknowledged us. There were several people working there too. We waited 45 minutes. We left and guess what…. Took my money elsewhere. Won’t be back in that place.

Came in there today and an associate came up to me and my girlfriend, and we told him that we would either like a resize in a ring or we would like to swap it out for the same ring just different size. He looked at it for 2 seconds and said it was worn in and scuffed. I just had just gave that ring to my girlfriend for Christmas and it wasn't the right size. He said that there was nothing they could do. We then went to another jewelry store with the same ring and they said nothing was wrong with it. It was in perfect condition. Terrible customer service, not coming back. Thankfully Zales helped us immediately. Recommend Zales to everyone and not Pandora.

Terrible customer service. I came in and the associates just looked at me and no one said that you needed to give your name until I caught on. If not, I would just be standing there. Finally got called and the person who was assigned to me was not welcoming at all. Every time I asked to look at something, it felt like an inconvenience for her. Maybe because I looked young and she thought she wasn’t going to make a sale. I wished I spoke up and just asked for someone else or just walked out.

The Staff was very friendly and inviting from the time I walked through the door. I was assisted by Alex S. And she was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and explained things in a way that were easily understandable. She made buying an engagement ring a stress free enjoyable experience. 10/10 will be shopping with them in the future. I looked at several other jewelers and this was hands down the best experience I have encountered.

This Pandora store is not the Pandora of old. I have shopped at Pandora in Fayette Mall since they opened their first location in the Mall. I used to enjoy the experience.
Now the experience is more like shopping on a used car lot. I went gift shopping at the Pandora store last week knowing exactly what I wanted. I came out with one item that I had intended to buy and one item I hadn’t intended to buy although I am happy with it. If my sales clerk had had her way, I would have spent hundreds more. I was told you need this and this, and oh ya, we also have this. Oh, you should buy this for her.
If you buy this and this and spend this much money you can have a free bangle bracelet. I say, my wife already has a bangle bracelet and she doesn’t like it. Well you can give it to someone else she says.

Bought a gold ring. Didn’t last thirty days and broke. Store manager Abbey wasn’t helpful at all in my opinion. Won’t be back. Will buy better quality jewelry next time.

Purchased a ring from here that was 2000$ I asked for a size 7 1/2 and the guy goes back to look for the ring and returns with what he said was a size 7 and he replied that they didn’t have a 7 1/2 size .. so I asked if it was to small for her if I could return it and he replied yes within 30 days and it can’t have any damage.. so after I left and my fiancée first try’s the ring on it was to small for her so I went to a different store location to exchange it .. and once there they checked the ring for damage and told me it was damaged and couldn’t be exchanged.. so I go on a rampage stating that the ring was only worn for like a minute and was put back in the bag and box so it couldn’t be damaged… she asked why I wanted to exchange it and I said bc it’s to small I need a 7 1/2 this is a 7 .. so she grabs a ring size stick to check the size and she discovered that it wasn’t even a 7 to begin with it was a 6 .. recipe clearly showed it was a 7 so after investigating she finds out the ring was a ring that had been a return from a previous customer and the store was trying to pawn off the damaged ring to me .. so after talking to the district manager my ring was replaced with the correct size.. so beware of this location they are out to screw you over

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience both resizing my engagement ring and finding beautiful wedding bands. Sam, Alex, and Tyler were kind and helpful. Lee was super great at the Lexington, KY store. We went to a couple different jewelry stores to try and find what we wanted for our anniversary. Lee listened to what I wanted and he delivered! He made our trip to Pandora a fabulous experience with his knowledge on the jewelry provided by the company. He even picked the perfect blue wishbone ring that stacks with the bigger one. 10/10!

I went there today with my husband after my mother's day present broke. They fixed it immediately. We did not have a warranty bit they did let us know about a lifetime warranty. We bought it immediately because I am a bit hard on my jewelry. Now before the sales rep Alisha even mentioned the warranty she fixed my ruby and Sapphire bracelet. She mentioned it AFTER it was fixed. I had asked if she could clean my other jewelry not purchased there. It's funny because my husband was given a bit of laughs because of the corny add of he went to "Jared" yeah my husband went to Jared because he was smart! They have great stuff! Great service and I don't have to worry about my jewelry EVER! Don't buy into every kiss begins with Kay your husband or boyfriend went to Jared got your jewelry and warranty there because he cares and you will NEVER EVER have to worry about it again. They have a in house repair on site and custom jewelry to get anything you will want made. We actually want some custom pieces made so YES WE WILL BE COMING BACK!

My husband bought this gorgeous morganite ring in rose gold for our engagement 2 years ago. I lost one of the small diamonds from the setting and called to check on repair.
Imagine how excited I was to find out that Le Vian jewelry has A LIFETIME warranty and I could get my ring repaired for free!
I was nervous to bring it in, thinking surely I'd be without it for a couple of weeks. But Alicia was super helpful and said I could get it back in less than two DAYS! She noted that there was a loose setting around one of the rhodolite garnets on the side and they would tighten that, as well as clean and polish it.
After nearly two days of naked finger, I went back in to pick it up.
Tyler was courteous and professional as he made a few dad jokes with us, and went above and beyond in his customer service. This was what I expected of Jared, knowing my husband wouldn't have bought anything if they didn't give topnotch service.
But I never expected what I got: this beautiful ring I've essentially abused for two years, wearing it every single day through a household move, nature hikes, washing dishes, etc. looked absolutely brand new. Even the underside of the band was perfectly polished like it had never been worn, and the minor scratches on my center stone were nonexistent. It dazzled like the first time he placed it on my finger!
The right photo is the day we got engaged, and the left one is today. I wish you could appreciate the difference from a couple of days ago, but I didn't take a photo of it then!
I know it's a chain. People will say you should buy from an independent jeweler, and I get that. But I honestly hope my daughter's future husband goes to Jared. Alicia even spoke of helping guys out with creative proposal ideas!

We went near the end of the season, and originally, I went in to look for a Lilo and Stitch charm that I wanted. They had the charm, but we ended up looking at rings for my daughter instead. They had a great selection in multiple sizes. We found a ring we loved, and when we went to buy it, we found it 30% off. What a great surprise!! I'm going to make a point of hitting this store right at the end of each season. Super happy with our purchase.
