Wonderful agency very helpfull and really helped me out when I needed it.

I have a caseworker that's a godsend. I don't know what id do if I didn't have Cheryl White. Please let her boss know what an excellent job she does. She works very hard setting up my appointments and rides. I have a lot of medical. And she worked extremely hard to get me hep with rent. I rate her a 10. Sincerely. Theresa Carpenter.

Many years ago my family reached out to get help from this place. The person on the phone was extremely rude, and made me feel horrible. Told me we should’ve saved our money, and spent our money wiser! We were poverty at that time. If you’ve ever had to live paycheck to paycheck, you know that saving can be unrealistic.
Thankfully, we were able to get help at another organization. Once we got back on our feet, we paid them back in full, and even donated baby clothes, an entire matching nursery setup, furniture, and such. Hopefully, this place has kinder and more understanding staff. Not everyone is out to rip off or live off the system. Sometimes it’s just hard to get by. Especially, in these areas. God bless you!

The people who worship, there are friendly and compassionate people. They are all about family strength and unity, positive and uplifting each other with words of engagement

Prices in clothing have gone up 50%. I picked up a baggie with 3 small balls of leftover worsted yarn and it was marked $10.00. You can buy a new skein of the same yarn for $4.00 - $5.00. Not sure what had prompted these increases.

Not a good place anymore. They have new people that are as bad as Lee Cleveland.Michelle Foley was stealing from this place and bringing it home. She sent a Nude photo shopped picture of herself to one of her clients, lied to her clients. This is a nasty place And Michelle Foley was dirty woman and she is still affiliated with the salvation army. This salvation army left a mentally disabled stage 4 cancer patient to fend for himself. Michelle Foley was supposed to put in a referral in for a new caseworker for her client and never did, left her client with no help. That's the REAL salvation army. Heartless.

Thank you for having a thrift store that serves the community. Everything is very expensive these days and people are struggling. My young sister is moving into her first place and I have been looking for some
Corning wear pots for her for a long time. Everywhere I go they are so over priced. Today I found a set here and the wonderful people volunteer all helped me find the lids for them and asked what else she needed for her new place and offered to help me look around. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you so much. moments like these are ones where I see kindness and love and make my heart full again. Thank you kindly.

These people at the salvation army are the best of the best. Major Lloyd has a way to massage your heart while preaching his sermon every Sunday morning.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful church for prayer n quite worship. I don't agree with every part of the open church post on things it use to be a church of on fire worship but people get afraid n codenamed by there own guilt so now they are open to all n have become a community church still the same worship team is wonderful n I love going but I can say when I prayer n praise God let no man or women hush the holy ghost. So I can say that a hard thing to asept for me so if u like quite prayer n quite people go worship n praise the lord.....
I personally am not there all the time I go as I choose n love every one.
But I am old school Christian ✝️😢😔😪

I need to worship freely n deeply n in my home I can n will praise as I choose. My church is in my heart where my jesus is and my father who is in heaven 🙏❤♥💛✨💖 rest ♥🙏❤💖 dont let me stop u but in courage u to find ur spot u feel safe n go.

Clean! Great place for the community! Always helpful to people in need. I go there for a group meeting and the rooms and bathroom are always spotless!

The Salvation Army is doing great work to help families. The staff and volunteers are busy every day distributing food, providing basic needs, assisting people with care management and helping people to turn their lives around. Doing the most good!

I have a strong feeling they contacted my previous shelter without my consent because they confirmed personal information over the phone call. I felt pretty violated, and even though I have a job, and stay at code blue shelters every night avalible, the lady who I left a message about housing resources to told me to stay in a hotel every night. 5 stars is because I'm a lover. Even though it's hard, God is guiding me through these hard times. Open Door Mission has saved my life. If you're reading this. God loves you. Stress the importance of showing others love or give yourself the authority to show your own soul love. These have been my life long goals, but as long as you are willing to open your heart to these 2 things, I feel like you could make a difference in anyone's life.

Best place to worship and good community support.

On Tuesdays they have food for the needy and offer great stuff! A lot of it and its usually packed so go early to get a number!

I didn’t go to church for 2 years 2021 & 2022 struggled with covid and the effects of it for a long time getting covid November 2021 and December 2022 mainly work home and doctors appointments. A christian guy if that’s what you wanna call it for two years flirted and hit on my wife who’s divorced and now my wife is divorcing me. Pastor Bill said stay away from the church you don’t wanna push your wife out of her home church. He says you both need to do counseling and marriage counseling. My wife said I listened to God. So God wants us divorced instead of doing marriage counseling no she’s listening to the guy that’s been hitting on her and flirting with her while I was down and sick at my hardest times. Pastor Bill was no help at all for our marriage or family. All he does is tell stories talks about his past and himself while preaching pretty sad.

Okay this pastor and his wife are two of the most loving and kind people I have ever met.

Absolutely wonderful church with real loving people. The pastor and his wife work hard to serve God and will work with anyone willing to open their heart. I’ve felt judged many other places but not here. I genuinely feel the love in this church and it’s refreshing.

My family and I went there for help with food and Ms. Clevland was not at all nice or helpful. We are thousands below poverty level and she acted like we are rich!! We humbled ourselves begging for food! She LITERALLY made me cry. I am trying so hard to forgive this lady. It was so very hurtful.

This is a great Apostolic Pentecostal Church, with excellent worship and biblical teaching; but then I am slightly biased, as one of the Pastor there 😀
