Not sure what it's like inside this place. I can only comment that they had someone standing outside trying to get in thru the required steps. Even going so far as to have people call ahead . He arrives homeless, penniless dirty and hungry and in need of a bathroom as quickly as possible to wash and clean himself because he couldn't hold it any longer.
Denied assistance of say kind.
