I used to love going here. But everything is insanely expensive now. You’re better off going to a department store for these prices

This would have been five stars back in the day. This used to be my favorite thrift store until I ventured in there today.
I immediately walked in, then back out as soon as I saw the prices. Every item was $10 to $15 for USED clothes!!!! Outrageous! I'm seriously so disappointed that I won't be able to go back to this place ever again due to these changes.... What a shame ☹️😭

In short. Very disappointed with how it’s turned out. Pricing has fallen into an abysmal and unrealistic state. Some stuff were ripped and cracked. They were charging prices otherwise 2-3 times the original price let alone resell price.

For all those kiddos looking for good areas to go to, just drive 25 minutes into Kent and you’ll find much better places. Much love and good luck.

The prices are wild honestly and a lot of the stuff doesnt even seem legit. They used to have decent prices but they're asking for up to 100 for sweaters and jackets that are probably 10-20 yrs old or worn out. If they want to market themselves as "vintage" then they can MAYBE up the prices but right now saying things are discounted but selling them for almost double what they'd be online or what you could get them for new is crazy.

This is not a discount thrift store at all. We went here to look at clothes, shoes and boots for the season. They were extremely high on their clothes. They had a price marked at $90 for a pair of used child's shoes which is about double the price of a new pair. They also had a box of window blinds that would cost $7 new but since there was no price, they ran to the back and came back out with a $25 price tag. They are also supposed to have set prices for specific items if they aren't marked with a price but when you take the item to the register expecting to pay what their sign says, theyll run to the back and return with a completely different price. They are obviously clueless and they are trying to make the highest profit they can get for free donated items. You'd be better off going to Macy's and paying retail price

This place has a lot of clothes but they sort by type and color and not size. It's very hard to find anything in an XL or more. Prices mirror msrp for a lot of items and not the price model of a thrift store. Clothes come in and are sold in "as is" condition. There were shirts with suspicious stains on them. Im probably not going to frequent here unless I have to. Shop with caution.

Atrocious pricing system. I grew up coming here with my mom and it was easily the best thrift store in the area. We came back during our trip back to Ohio for the first time in many years and were absolutely floored. I thought I was hallucinating when the shirt I picked up read “$80.00”. As we kept looking we realized we weren’t dreaming, the prices were actually that high. In the picture is a universal studios hat, which we just visited last month. That hat at the parks was selling brand new for $30. Here, you can see the store is selling it USED for $40. This is depressing and predatory. Please do not donate here, they have clearly become insanely greedy. We used to love shopping here but it appears those days are gone.

You used to be able to find a treasure or two at this place. So it was always worth a visit.

After the last two trips, I don’t know if we’ll be going back any time soon.

They seem to now be attempting to price items closer to what they would go for on the secondary market. The issue with this is, whoever they have in charge of pricing has no idea what they’re actually looking at.

They have reprint shirts that they think are vintage priced close to $100. Toys in torn up packaging priced at twice what the you can get them for on eBay.

Even if you saw something that was tempting, I would take a good hard look at it to make sure it was in working order and not bootleg at vintage prices.

Great place to get t shirts for work,but may start shopping somewhere else.Not comfortable shopping where male employees are wearing female jeans and other female clothing.One day I thought an employee was female and then realized its a guy.Nah,no thanks,don't want no part of it.

They do have a great selection of clothes is about the only good thing I can say about this place, their prices are completely ridiculous! More like retail prices, for used clothing that has cat and or dog hair all over, holes in some of the leggins that they are ,( asking $12 for non name brand and more for name brand) If your a thrifter who resells they leave no room for profit everything is marked up unless you get lucky enough to find something for 1/2 off. Totally disappointed won't go back.

I agree with most others. This place was SOOOO overpriced. There were many amazing items I would have taken home in a heartbeat but they were so grossly overpriced. I looked up a couple items because I was so confused at their price and they had items double what they are on ebay for notable brands...

We did score some fun things at a lower price but nothing like seeing over 20 items I would have immediately purchased at a normal thrift store just to have sticker shock. I am not a reseller. I just love a good deal, funky finds, and not contributing to fast fashion.

So sad what this store has become. used to come here in college 4-5 years ago and you couldn't get me out. now I can hardly find anything under $20. The way things are priced shows how greedy they've gotten. $80 for a stained gildan crewneck sweatshirt? I almost went up to a worker and asked if that was a mistake. but looking at how everything else was priced i realized it was probably supposed to be $80.. sadly will not be making the trip up to there anymore

Low quality store. wouldn't sell me something because it didn't have a price on it? Then price it and sell it to me? Call a manager?

The workers are rude and the lady who runs the place is always yelling at her workers. The prices are way too high for being a second hand store. Better off going to Plato's closet because at least you'll know the clothes won't have horrible stains or are just plain dirty

I was disappointed. Maybe it's not always like this, but when I went I was shocked to see a very messy and overcrowded store. Most of the aisles were barely large enough for two people to pass each other. Maybe the prices are worth it for some people, but I'll have to pass. It's a shame because it seemed like a decent place from what I had heard.

First time going to this store and it will be my last. 18.00 for a stuffed bear, 20.00 for a twenty bird? Who prices this stuff? This is a thrift store not a gouge you store. This stuff was donated and you guys just over price everything. I have gone to thrift stores in Columbus and they price there stuff better. Will never go to this store again. Very disappointed

LOVE this thrift store! I have found so many great things here, it is one of my all time favorites! They are always running a deal on tag colors, and have a great selection. The 50% off all colors days are the best 👌🏼 You have to dig through the clothes a bit, and it’s not the cleanest, but for a thrift store, the selection they offer is worth it!

Compared to a lot of different used discount stores in the area, this one is pretty clean and well organized. It also had name brand bags (real & knock offs) and a lot of name brand clothes. They offer 50% off specific colored tags of the day and $1.50 on other colored tags. I definitely see myself coming back and shopping with my daughter. Surprisingly, quite a few options for summer in swimwear and sandals. I do believe they could get rid of a lot more inventory if they lowered their prices. $90 for a Michael Kors used bag is a bit much when you can get that at TJMaxx new for the same price or $45 for used sandals.

This is a nice place to find clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, furniture, nic-nacks, dishes, pots and pans, gift ideas, and just about any household need you may have. The prices have changed a lot over the years, but you can still find some reasonably priced items. Even your seasonal items are a lot cheaper in this store.. Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter,... all the way to Christmas. Check it out, you might find something you've been looking for, wanting, or needing for a long time. Happy Shopping!!

I enjoyed the items. However, I found the cashier to be rude and made the prices based on her opinion. I also observed her being rude to other customers. I shop Goodwill's all over the country and this was my first time having a negative interaction with any employee.

I really love the size of the store, the selection of items to purchase, and normally I have a positive experience. However, the employees need customer service training. Today, I wasn't able to receive points for my purchase because the woman claimed "she couldn't look my information up." That's funny because I forgot my card on a couple of occasions, and every employee was able to do so. As a regular customer, I don't appreciate that. Also, while I understand customers are not always right, they don't seem to have much sympathy. It's okay to have a bad day, but please don't take it out on someone who is giving you business.

Point being, good products...but learn to treat customers with a little bit of respect.

For being such a small location, I am always very impressed with the selection. I find tons of great items here and the store seems more organized than ones I've been to in the past. The staff is always friendly when I've been there. As far as prices, they are pretty low compared to other out of state locations. I'm not sure why people would say they're high. There's also always opportunities for coupons, which helps. Personally, out of all the Goodwill locations I've been too, this is one of my favorite spots to shop at!
