The store has definitely improved since the last time I was in. More stock, less messy. However there was an older/elderly employee (I assume manager) who was incredibly rude to me and the employee helping me at the cash register today. I was buying two small trash cans and I denied a bag. The woman came up and touched my cart, so I smiled and thanked her (believing she was removing it for me). Instead she looked at me with a dead stare, turned her gaze to the cashier, aggressively grabbed a bag and forced it into her hands, demanding she put the trash cans (which were already in my arms) in the bag. I didn’t want to waste plastic, as I was parked very close, and was already holding the dang things, but the unpleasantness of this woman seemed like it wouldn't be worth arguing. I apologized to the cashier because I know how these employers are. Looking for things to insult/pick on for no reason other than boredom and ego.

You can’t help but enjoy shopping at Burlington on top of that. They have a layaway all year around. It just gets better.

I thought not give any star.for corona california store.yesterday i need something no any employe for help overthere.massey store.and my husband bought Charlie perfume like water no smell.only 2 cashier.and.after customer service lady opend.so.same 1 register opened .and customer service lady open.very long line slow employee.may be I stay in line 1 hour.very bad.2.3 years ago was very nice store.manegment.and now very bad.

The store everybody's looking for bargain this store always give good bargainsit still may seem like the average bargain store but it's a pretty large one.

They have nice clothes other items at very affordable prices.

Went today to shop after 12 pm, line was a little long. There was a lady worker up front with two buns in her head like a little girl playing with hangers and not helping customers. I don't know if she was the manager but if she was she should be ashamed of herself. 👎🏻

Grew up going here. Grandma buying snacks and toys for movie nights. Season decor was the best. Thanks for always helping out the low income community. God bless all the workers 🙏

I used to love everything about this store but then getting Mat ,Carpet and rugs were bad quality n expensive like other stores have. they r cheaply made and did not last me longer I just threw them .

Easy to find stuff. I think everything is $1.25 now.

While I was waiting in line the cashier and manager began an argument in front of all the customers. The cashier was causing everyone to wait longer and not be helped.

Prices and selections are good. The store is a constant mess, though, and the lines are ridiculous!! Knowing that it's the holidays, you would think they would add some extra cashiers. And make sure you really want it because if you need to return it you need to get in the same line for the cashiers. Both times here recently have left me waiting in line for 40 minutes with only 2 cashiers working. Come on, guys. You know it's the holidays get with the program. And clean up the store a little. It doesn't need to be this messy all the time.

I have visited this store # 2972, on 13th November/23, at around 6 PM Sales associates behave us badly. Said derogatory comments and racially discriminated my family. They had given us bad experience. Change was torn up kind, requested them to give us a good one, they didn’t do it. They didn’t attended us at the counter rightly.

I totally love this store it has a variety of merchandise and at affordable price I'm forever grateful.

A decent maintained store with lot of surprising items e.g cleaning supplies, cooking items, office supplies, home decor, home goods, etc and lot of options. The store has 9 day return policy. Loved this place. The employees also are indeed helpful.

This store isn't bad...we usually come here many times for many years and it almost never changes except LED tubes because I always noticed the brightness of the store.

It's where ballers go to maximize their budgets. Seriously. They got premium moringa tea for 99 cents! And underrated electrolyte/ energy drinks! #clean bulk on a budget #vegetarian gains!

No price marked on shelves. Nothing costs 99 cents. Cheese puffs and others cost more than the supermarkets. Payed $3 for saltine crackers from Mexico. 2 2-litter Coke for $5. Change your name to "Pay More". Bought 4 items and payed $7. Rip Off

Went into the store today to purchase some balloons, they kept saying they’re out before I even said which one I wanted.
Was dismissed very quickly and cut off when I asked questions.
The store manager “Edwin” was ringing me up and was very rude and needs to be retrained in how to treat customers.

Parking lot is a nightmare. It's worst than the streets in TJ. It's 929pm store closed at 9pm and 1 cashier open. Im still waiting inline to pay. Poor management. Store super dirty.

This store is on its last leg. It's hard to know what is what regarding cost. A few things in the store are still 99 cents. But they have so much other trinkets that vary in price. One table had a sign on it that said $9.99 and less but right next to that on the same table, was a sign for $12.99 and less. 😐

Unfortunately I’ve had a few terrible experiences here. Tonight the card machines are down, they not only didn’t make an announcement but management made them take down the sign informing customers. They only had one line open with about 15 customers waiting on line. Then waited until you got to the front to tell you they only are accepting cash. Very poor customer service. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

It's still same since we last visited this store (at least six months). It's great store for people who has limited budget to buy the items. Sometimes the food has going past the expiration date (I noticed it on salad that is already little brown; not too much brown). Always read the expiration date before buying!

I like coming here for seasonal items especially when it comes to decorating.. I can also find reasonably priced garden tools and craft materials.

Horrible rude customer service. I was in line and waiting for the next register to open and the cashier told the people in the next line to come to her line but told me that they were in line first and I was clearly in line. And then was looking at me really rude ! I won’t be shopping there at all anymore!
Store was dirty and dusty in top of every refrigerator I looked at . Open packs of food and snacks .seeds ect all over . Messy stuff everywhere.

Larger store, great selection. Very clean and organized, Great manager & employees. The only problem is they never have enough cashier's for such a high volume store.

I love love this store...but I don't feel safe because they do get alot of shop lifters. I do shopping online, because I'm handicap. All your employees are hard workers to keep especially this store in stock. Thank you and keep up the good work... Elaine

This isn't Dollar Tree anymore, they raised their prices by 25% now to $1.25, so change the name. What a rip-off for corporate bosses to get bigger bonuses. But do they pass it on to their front line employees? Doubt it, most companies usually just downsize the product quantity, but this isn't happening here for now. That will probably happen in a few months once everyone forgets about the $1 dollar value

Good prices and nice clothes tho only bad thing is the restrooms are nasty and ugly.
no toilet paper and smell so bad we are customers and we need some times go to the restrooms and why put lock on the restrooms? Why not put one person outside to watch if the customers dont take things for the restrooms?we can leave the carts outside no all the clients are shoplifters. I have 16 years buying in that store ..

I always find something interesting for crafts, for wrapping presents and donations at dollar tree!!! 🎁 ..associates at this location are awesome ...they are always going extra mile... There was a mid-age latino lady on the shopping area - stoking, i dont remember her name.. She is fantastic, ready to help and concerned about customers !!! Keep it up!!!

oh yeah I love the amazing new value thanks 99 cent store I was really getting sick and tired of only having to pay 99 cents instead of a $1.99. the strawberries aren't even the beginning I noticed a lot of these great new values over the last year have tripled for some items. I'm paying $3.99 for some things less than a year or so ago I was paying $0.99 for that's quite an increase. And it is exactly the same item.so please keep raising the prices and trying to tell us it's an amazing new value, it's just you getting greedy! You're ruining the 99 cent store. I can't be a loyal customer when the Dollar tree has the exact same thing for 99 cent still they are staying true to their customers.😳

Always find something interesting here. I'll check this place out at first when I need something for home use. (Update: same as used to be. Nice to have a Dollar Tree here.)
