One of my favorite stores.

Signed up for 15% off it was sent in an email. Problem was it was my husband's email so I could not get to it so I told the manager. I had $100 worth of merchandise and the manager would not help me out with the email. So I told him to keep the whole cart. He said you are not going to buy this because of the 15% off coupon. I just said I can't believe you are losing $100+ in sales because of the 15% coupon.keep your customers happy and they will come back, shun them cause the coupon will not load and lose that customer for life.

This location was clean and well-lit. The shelves were nicely organized.

Me and my toddler walked next door to big lots after shopping At goodwill. When I went to cash out, the Cashier, Vicky, was extremely rude about me having goodwill bags in my cart. It was very obvious that she thought I Was stealing. Then said someone should have been at the door to check my bags, I told her there wasn’t and she was the Only employee I seen, she
Didn’t like that answer. The tone in her voice and facial expressions wasn’t nice in the slightest. I open my Bags and showed her my Things. If She doesn’t enjoy her job, it’s Probably time for her to Find a new one.
Very disappointed because I come to this big lots all the time.

Nice selections on Everything!!!!!Mark downs like crazy...Very clean as well as organize..Customer Service phenomenal...Bought bathroom rugs and a couple other things as well...Nice place to decorate your home!!!👍

This was the first time I have been to this big lots I had to buy a bag of chips for my son class room party yesterday

I had not been there in a while. Today, I looked back at the name! To make sure right place! I am very impressed! With the Employees & The Store! It was a very refreshing suprise! To Me!

Great store! Always has what I'm looking for and MORE!! THE STAFF AT THIS ONE IS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND NICE.
