Hours are all over the place probably because of staffing. However an update to the website would be helpful especially when it days open at 12 P.M. and a paper insert says 5 P.M.
I would rate higher if wasn't the second time I had been here in a month and the store was closed when it was supposed to be open.

Grant did a great job helping me when he appeared to be the only one working on the day after Christmas when the store was very busy. Great job Grant!

I purchase a console at the Cool Spring office. I called back at the store and talked to Dylan…I was polite and he hung up on me because he got in his feelings when I told him a few things that he didn’t informed me. I called back and he didn’t answer. I will call corporate if I don’t get an apology.

Okay, so first off, I got my new favorite stressball there. I collect fidgets and this is definitely amazing. However, the prices are SO high. I bought a magma Nee-Doh and it was a super bad texture, although that's my opinion. HOWEVER, the lights inside did NOT work. I also got a clearance slime. It was COMPLETELY DRIED OUT AND DISGUSTING! It literally was useless and nasty. Good staff, bad prices and bad products. Good staff is why it's a two. Just don't buy the slimes 😬

Good store to find what looking for. They do have usborne books if you are ever searching for any! And other nice fidget items! And tonie box and characters!

Waited in line for forever we were 2nd in line and the person before me was taking to long to make up his mind on what he wanted. I understand the cashier had her hands full buy there are two of them and the other person was to busy taking their time in the back room and when she finally came out instead of taking the other register to help get through the long line she just stands there chatting. After waiting awhile to see of she'll take the other register we just gave up and left. There is a long Line of people and they only had one person on the register when there is another person who could have helped me. Very disappointing

I’ve only ever been here a couple of times looking for Squishmallows. This location is pretty far from me about an hour. The squishmallows are overpriced. They have an instagram page and they posted this morning that they had gotten some new ones in and one specifically that I was looking for! They stated in the post that they would not be taking phone orders or putting any on hold for anybody.
I arrived to the store, and the one I was looking for, was not there. I asked if they had it in the back and they told me that they did not have any more of it. Then, I saw who I assume was the owner on the phone with a customer and I overheard her saying she would put a Squishmallow on hold from the same squad they just put out this morning. She said since they are on their way she would hold it for them and then proceeded to grab it from the back and put it behind the counter. First off I thought you all stated on Instagram that no holds from this squad are allowed? Second off if I would’ve known you are doing holds I would’ve called because I just drove an hour for there to be no clips and for you to do a hold right infront of me.

We really enjoy this store and I think we are in there once a week, even if it is just to look around. Staff is friendly and always give great advice. They go above and beyond when we are looking for something. While prices might be a little higher, I like the fact I am supporting a local business and a business where i can get help if needing help.

I walked into this place looking for a used Xbox 360 game for my special needs son. We found a 4 for 20$ bin and decided that sounded like an excellent deal. The only game he found was mine craft so he selected that one and I found other games I may be interested in....turns out this was placed in this bin by mistake and my autistic son who had his heart set on this game got to hear that it's 31 bucks instead of the 4 for 20 deal...Kate which is the manager and not even in the store for the day and handled this by phone...should have honored her businesses deal...its not my fault that the game was in the wrong place. I get to deal with a heartbroken kid due to their negligence....not a happy customer!

Very helpful staff and well organized store with lots of products in stock. My only complaint is that the prices are high and can be more expensive than other places other than that though they have a very great selection of items. I recommend this to anyone looking for toys.

This specific GameStop was the best I've ever been to. The selection is huge, and Grant was so incredibly helpful! He was patient with the numerous questions we had about our Nintendo switch, and he was able to balance a bunch of patrons visiting at once.

We stopped in with our 11 year grandson and was just looking around. They had a large collection of games for many different devices.
I told him that he had a $20 limit and I'll be darned if he didn't find something. The staff were really helpful about new releases and everything they had. Super friendly atmosphere. We will shop there again. These guys new their stuff.

We've been to quite a few Learning Express Toys and none have the same stock or friendly customer service as much as this one has. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Did a little bit of gift shopping for some wii switch games. Easy to find them. The store was quiet and well organized. The check out process was easy and fast. Staff are courteous. No issues with parking either. Good experience and will return again.
