It's expensive but got the job done. For a simple thumbstick replacement in a controller they charged 900/-. But glad the service is available and was done quickly too. The people are courteous as well.

It's really good all high tech accessible for very cheap rate, I really liked it I come usually here I would suggest you people also to try it
While the service was quick, accessibility is bad as this location is a single room in the basement of an apartment which cannot be accessed directly by Cab or even autos during most times of the day. You can however park ~450m away at the beginning of the street and walk till the building.
Please also note that the waiting area is chairs placed just outside the room in the hot basement with no circulation, however the servicing was quick(~25 min) and very efficient wrt cost and issue resolution.

One of the best places you can give your controllers for repairs without any worries. I got my PS5 and Dualsense Controllers from Dubai and when i needed my controller's stick drift repaired, all reputed repair shops and even sony traders and sony themselves said buy a fresh controller, which i dont have the budget for. Thankfully, during my stay in Bangalore, i got to know of this repair shop and although they took quite long time, the result was perfect. I tested the controllers on site and I got my controller repaired at less than half the price of a Dualsense controller. They even offered customizing the controller and I opted for a gold front plate. Gamesnconsole knows what they are doing, definitely recommend.

I got my ps5 fixed recently from Consolefixit.
They provided good service, I had an issue with HDMI port, they replaced it very well and within very less time.
I even tried reaching the Sony service center, the worst customer satisfaction I got there.

Not a good place to get your controller fixed. The man there was rude and he tried to milk money. I had a stick drift and he was charging 800 when other shops only charged 500. I personally would not recommend anyone to go there to get their consoles fixed as the staff is very rude and the cost is very expensive

The machines are manual operated which ruins the whole experience of VR, not worth it.
Initially was very confused whether to buy it from this place but once I spoke to the staff Mr. Raj he seems such a friendly and responsive person. The way they treat their customer is excellent. I purchased a Ps4 slim console and the console's condition is excellent and a well maintained one including the Joysticks condition. Once I visited their store it didn't take me long to make the purchase decision as the quality of service they provided was really amazing.
Recently purchased a Nintendo Switch OLED from the place. The experience was smooth and their commitment was reassuring. After sales service is also really great (as experienced by my friend).

Great place to spend time with friends. PCs have great specs and the PlayStations have the latest games and equipment. There are some snacks and soft drinks also available for refreshments and very friendly owner. I've seen girls and boys from college come here and spend time having fun playing on the ps4
Went to get my PS5 controller analog sticks replaced and was so happy with the service. Mr Mani and team showed me the problem on their system, showed me the replacement parts they would be using, and did the full service in 30 mins. Great job, my controllers both work perfectly and I have a 3 month warranty in case of any problem 🙏🏽
been going here since a year. its not that good but affordable. chairs are in a horrible condition, PCs are okay ish i dont think any of them have a graphics card but they work smooth, setups are not maintained properly i find crumbles of food lying on the mousepad and keyboards, there is no A/C which is the basic necessity in a gaming cafe.. youll start sweating like a dog in 10 mins, the guy at the desk who is also the owner is a sweet and kind guy but the old lady at desk on behalf on him is mean and rude and not polite at all. A 1 star rating for the affordable price for the PCs and another star for the kindness of the dude at the desk makes me giving 2 stars reasonable.
The ping is very unstable when more people are playing and all almost all pc hv different monitor , keyboard, mouse and the worst part is more then half of the chairs there r not in a good condition and when the power goes down half of the pcs shuts down i hv got my id banned because of this . Headphones also are not that great . I recommend other places cause it gets very hot here as it is located in a terrace and has no AC . And my biggest problem was with the lady at the counter was very rude and uncomfortable to talk with .

This mall is still under construction.. Theatres are good and the parking is fine but there is nothing much apart from that .. D Mart is open but due to construction activity it would be advisable to be cautious. If you plan to visit for movie then it’s good and the snack option is also limited .. If you are looking for a complete mall experience then this is not the one currently else it’s fine for just movie ..
DO NOT Purchase products from here. Went to buy console accessories, all boxes were unsealed with used products inside, but still selling for unopened prices. Shopkeeper was giving silly reasons like “imported products” as reasons. Wasted time traveling here. Not Games Nation, but Scam Nation.

The only reason I go here or most of the people come here are to shop at DMart or watch movies at the cinemas. I am waiting for the full mall to be operational with a lot of good shops and eateries. But it's still under renovation for a long time. My kids love the train and the battery operated car drives here. But most of the seats are occupied by couples who are like school and college students and girls and boys who are in the close friend zone. Maybe those young chaps prefer here because it's less crowded here. So it's a little weird for families to freely look around or grab a seat. I look forward to a lot of improvement and getting more people attraction in the future.

Gopalan Mall at Sirsi Circle, Bangalore, offers a decent movie-watching experience with its well-equipped cinema. However, the lack of open shops might affect the overall mall ambiance. It's advisable to check the current status or events before visiting for a more vibrant experience.

Really it was great store huge collection of games for ps5 and ps4 I stay very faraway from store I have called them for ps5 console they explain in detail and given great offers and goodies free and they explain regarding the console I brought from bother nice store and have order spiderman2 game also

Great place to buy game consoles. Suresh has great knowledge about consoles and games. We were first time console buyers and his advice helped us chose the best one. He also recommend some great games, that I would like and also for my 10 year old son. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to buy games and consoles. We bought a Playstaion 4 and Suresh helped us with a bunch of installed games. It’s been few months and we are just loving the experience. Thank you Suresh.

There is nobig collection of games.the photo you see is also false advertising. also fake game. If you buy Gta 5 it is a fake copy not a original one. I wish there was a 0 star review . Very bad experience. Its not properly maintained and is very unhygienic, even ceiling is broken and damp with fungus at many places. Games are old and backside seems like dumpyard. Even the staff is very rude. Will not recommend this money waste place.

Cons: I chose the zombie shooting game in which I was made to sit In an egg shaped cubicle and it moved to give a 3d feel, but the VR game was hopeless. Zombies kept coming from left and right but you can run only straight and shoot only in one direction. I had to strain my neck to extreme directions to get the shooting point onto the zombie. Gave me a bit of headache.
Then I took the car racing game. This was just a car setup with a screen in front like how u would play on a desktop. It was not VR.
Most games around were like that, so Did not play anything further and left.
Pros: cheaper compared to other places (100/game) but the quality of experience comes to that much only.

UPDATED REVIEW :- Best place to buy consoles and their games. Have to try. I got my ps 2 jailbroken and bought a ps 3 super slim and couple of other accessories for it. Best place trust me. I've been coming here for years for getting games installed and fornother stuff the owner is very nice and very kind and knows everything about the field and will also help you buy a console if it's your first time. Has a lot of great and diverse options of consoles to choose from. Best place will only come here.
My kid enjoys this place and is less crowded allows them to enjoy well.

It’s a nice place to spend time with the kids. Has a interesting games to play. However, the customer service is poor. The person who is supposed to assist sits in the reception and hardly comes to the floor - you have to call him every time. Some of the gaming installations are not working.

Best VR gaming experience with reasonable prices with 9games combo at ₹500 and each game separately ₹100.
Its a small shop where they sell gaming consoles PS3's and PS4's and have consoles that are rented. I do now know how good this place is. Just had gone with my firend to buy a 2nd hand PS4. Have to wait and see how long it lasts and the support provided if something goes bad. But already the shop owner had said that (this shop) only software issues are covered if something goes bad and not on the product's hardware and said that even Sony doesn't provide hardware guarantee as we expect it to be. He says that sometimes they say that the defect is due to our negligence..and viod the warranty.
And then said his team will give 1 year of service for software and if hardware goes bad (not due to power supply) issue then he will fix it

I went there with my kid and wife to get some PS3 games for my son. But today being a Sunday the shop was closed but even then when I called him he came from his house, opened the shop and gave us the best games. Higly appriciated. Trust, he his an awesome gentleman.
From a gaming perspective an excellent place to play games. PC rates are affordable, but the only downside was that it had limited games in it roughly around 10-15

Owner of the very first MSI Raider (Ge75 8sg). Very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend anyone to get their deals from here. Side note , i really feel like the brothers are the nicest vendors I've come across so far, they've got good intentions. Bought 2 PS4 pro consoles from these guys. Very good and friendly staff. Have been buying couple of games as well for a while now!!. They get all the new games as per the launch date in India. Love their shop u get a chance to explore PC, PS4 and Xbox related gadgets and buy whatever you need
