HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This company does not care AT ALL about its clients, only looking out for itself and the highest insurance rates possible. Representative Farzana Ally has been of no help whatsoever; rarely answering calls, and even more rarely returning calls. It is really a shame what has become of this company, and how management does not care how customers are treated.

I have been struggling for 3 years to find a health insurance broker who i feel really cares about me. Tamir was incredibly knowledgable and spoke to me from the standpoint of someone who understands the healthcare system and what it is like to be someone in need of healthcare. It doesnt take long to see how JC has coupled his knowledge and access of the top insurance products along with his intuitive ability to connect with people and explain options in an easy to understand format. This guy cares about people, and treats his clients the same as if he were assisting his parents, siblings or best friends. He also carries multiple states in order to help his clients referrals in other areas of the country.

He truly doesn’t want to sell you anything he wants to protect you and your family and it shows. He is very easy to speak to and is honest. I highly recommend him for all your insurance needs.
I needed to get health insurance for a partnership that I manage and it is very difficult to get insurance for individuals in NYC. I spent many hours trying to find the best plans myself then I reached out to Talia. She was a life saver for me! She educated and assisted me during the entire process and most importantly enrolled my NY partners in the best insurance for 2021! In addition, the support staff of Talia's was incredible helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this business to everyone!! Hope 2021 is a better year for all of us!! All the best!
Do not trust her!!! Talia cost us almost $8000.00 dollars by making a mistake, which she will not admit. Talia failed to cancel our Heath insurance coverage when we requested that she do. We had placed a policy else where and emailed her to let her know. Well come to find out we were charged for 6 months of coverage that was supposed to be canceled. Nightmare. She is not suggesting any solution. She has offered no apology, no acknowledgement of her error or the horrifying experience we are having of realizing we were erroneously billed. We need our money back. This is insane.
Wow Talia is UNBELIEVABLE. I called her needing individual insurance starting the following day. I had tried to figure it out on my own, and while I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of deductible etc., simply buying it online seemed impossible. Everyone seemed to be feeding into some auto quoting telemarking system, and before I knew it I started getting calls every 2 minutes from various brokers. I was exhausted and so worn down when I called Talia. In short, she got me a TOP plan for HALF the cost of what I had tried to get on my own. I am so grateful. She knows this world inside out, and I wish I had called her right away. Also using her is 100% free as she gets paid by the insurance companies. Simply amazing. Thank you Talia.

Looking for health coverage for a very small business was frustrating and difficult on my own. Talia gave me the best options after describing my situation and made everything very simple.
Cant even say enough thank you to Talia for incredible service she provides! After being entirely lost as a small business owner to find a plan that works I found Talia. She definitely helped me to get the best plan possible, took time to understand my requirements and suggested a plan that covers all of my out of network and in network requirements. I would not have been able to get that plan without her help, super grateful! Once I got claims, it has now been almost 8 months Talia helps me submit all the paperwork and correspond with insurance about all claims that saves me a ton of time. Insurances make it super complicated to get reimbursed for any out of network stuff and having Talia navigate that for me saved me over 10K and probably more towards year end.
