Amazing customer service, ordered from Amazon India for which they provided consolidation and had done perfect packaging. All items arrived in perfect condition. Parcel was done from Bharuch India to Lusaka Zambia and arrived straight at my residence in just 7 days. All contact was done through WhatsApp. Definitely go for it!

Don't call in this given number. Hacker will call you and try to hack your phone by sending .apk file and also they send you link, by which you will give them your UPI pin and another bank details. Don't trust them.

Worst experience. he charged extra money for packing but that was not reflected in courier while receiving, moreover he removed the bag which I given him. The material was not handled properly.

Really very bad service, there was one parcel. Which was delivered to Ankleshwar instead of bharuh with out calling me. I followed up for 2 weeks and getting only one answer we will check and get back to you. For 2 weeks they said same thing only. I called Ankleshwar dtdc. No body picked up the call. Finally I posted my concerns in facebook. After that some 2 days i got my parcel. It was really a bad experience with this dtdc fellows.

Terrible customer service. They don't even reply to their whats app message or call. I have reached out to them multiple times, and they did not respond. My package still hasn't arrived. It was from india to US. I DON"T NOT recommend their services to US. I was told within 15 days, its going to be close to a month still haven't received my package. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY! DON'T go to them. I posted a picture, where they read my message but choose to ignore it. They didn't even reply back to me. SO BEWARE FELLOW CUSTOMERS.

My experience was good, post send with flight is too costly but secured, charges are high usually normal post. If your parcel is not expensive then use ordinary or other courier service, if u need security then go for it. Cheaper against first flight.
