Fast service cause usually less people. Avoid going on Sundays, if possible, cause in the same row have immigration office, so hard to get parking on Sundays. Other days usually have plenty of parking and less people. So your job get done in less than 5mins, if you go prepared with consignment note created via their app. They accept cash and card payment.

Worst service ever even customer service are the seriously slow and if u want to delivery why don't u call first la then why sent to other random house that 3km away ?

2 hari hold barang.. Tapi call angkat terus petang delivery... So kalau cust ada apa2 call je dia..apapun berpuas hati

The process of postal service is much easier with the app in my opinion. but they should also take the consignment notes as older generation lacks the knowledge of technology. the app is a bit slow and not that intuitive. If you want toproceed with 100% app usage, then make sure the app you're providing is very reliable.

No one pick up phone call. Cannot self collect. Slow delivery. Just keep at the delivery facility for a few days only send out. Should call Pos Lambat. What for keep at warehouse for few days? Keep on delay and delay. Almost one week also cannot reach.

The cheapest courier service and good.

You should improve your customer service and operating hour. It doesn't make sense for working people to come and self collect the item from 9am to 5pm when the time is overlap with their working hour. Plus, it also doesn't make sense for us to need to request for second time delivery just because we missed the first one. Compared to J&T they will try to send the item 2/3x before they ask us to self collect.

Satisfied. Very crowded during peak hours and a bit slow. But overall still good

*updated review: Delivery is Super duper slow. It's frustrating. They keep my parcel for almost 9days. And several cases before pun still around 7day+

What a late service. Already reach pos laju kulim few days but the stuff still havent reach my house. Pls take action Pos Laju!!

Slow collection. No standard collection procedure. People come later keep cutting line.
Branch manager should look into this.
