If I can give them 0 stars I definitely would. They don’t do their job properly, I’m telling that because I was waiting like a week to get my package but in the end they are telling me that I wasn’t in the home. Entire day I was in the home waiting for my package. The best part is that the delivery guy doesn’t
even called me or rang the doorbell.
Pls do your job properly because we are expecting more and we also doing our jobs and we PAY for them.
SDA doesn’t even have any contact number only way is to contact POSTE ITALIANE which is more worse than SDA. I called them 2 days and i didn’t get my package.
I know that even writing review here doesn’t make any improvement but I’m trying to do my best.
I had to pay in delivery but they’re people who payed already online and can’t get their package.
I’m so disappointed ☹️

Worst courier service ever. The courier clearly knew I was home because I opened the garden gate for him through the intercom. After that, you would expect them to: a) press the building doorbell also, b) ask you to come downstairs and get your order, c) leave the package outside the building somewhere.
But instead he just left and marked the delivery as "unable to deliver due to absent recipient".

Terrible service. You'd better go pick anything anywhere by yourself rather than pointlessly waiting at home days for their arrival, it would be faster too. impossible to reach them on the phone for clarifications. the best you can have is long, tiresome chat with their digital assistant.

No show claiming wrong address & contacts while specified on the label correctly..... Worse service possible, I had to work it out myself and retire the package from SDA offices...while the tracking was saying that the materials would have been returned to sender.... Get a grip!!!!

It doesn't get any worse. I paid 200 euros for the delivery of my daughter's parcel from Russia. I hoped she wouldn't have to wear weights. The courier never called, twice a notification came that the daughter was absent. Although she was on the spot at 5.53 in the morning. And the SDA reviews don't read, they don't care.

Probably the worst courier I have ever had to deal with. No telephone numbers, no email replies, no way to contact anyone except to go to the office. Once you are there it's even worst, the staff that works there are so incompetent I don't even know where to start. The entire queue of people were there for the same reason, all because of this company complete and utter incompetence to do even just the simplest of tasks.

They have not delivered saying “address is incomplete“ but the same address is used by Amazon (the vendor for this item too) drivers to bring weekly items to me!! SDA should be closed forever!!
