When you tried to send the parcel from Penang Mainland to Island, they routed it to Selangor Hub then U-turn to Penang. It's official tracking website also untraceable. What the F* are you doing? I just pay you RM10, why you need to make things complicated? I sent on Thursday and I expected it to arive at Friday, or Saturdat at latest, it's just between mainlain and island, 30km at most, what the F* take you so long to deliver? Your service was professional, at least in my opinion. If you see this comment, don't hesitate to ignore their services as if it is non-existed. Worst experience I ever have in my entire online business career!
