I called 3 times and waited 10 days for the courier to deliver my parcel, at the end just went and collect by myself. Do you guys know that customer's also have their own business instead of waiting everyday for courier to call. worst service ever!

I gotta say that the delivery is very good and pretty fast in my opinion. But it took ages for me to do something at this place. Especially in waiting game.

waited since morning because it stated the item is going out for delivery but then nothing came and the status changed to hold for reattempt date for a few days.

One of the worker is rude. Call my number to deliver my parcel, couldn't hear his voice over the phone and he started raising his voice to me , after i ask him why he's being rude he just cut off the line. Stupid!

Stupidly poor service, couldn’t deliver to my location or schedule a personally pickup delivery and the excuse given was short on manpower. Had to waste my time and money to go self collect.

Bad service. Probably is the most ridiculous carrier company I have ever seen. Can't even do what they have promised to the customer.

Even pos laju know how to make a call during delivery time, but they don't.

They also thought the customer are jobless n always free at home to them to come. (This is what their customers service told me)

Disappointed
