Do not ever use this company. They steal other companies account numbers and then use their FedEx, UPS accounts to pay for the shipping. They have gotten away with it for a very long time but it has caught up with them. Use a more legit shipping outfit.

And no it is not the wrong company. Nice try though FedEx fraud contacted me to let me know and gave me all the info. Your company name, address, and list of customer info that you used my FedEx account on. I called you twice to try to see if maybe it was just a mixup on your end and both times your people hung up on me when I tried to explain what was going on as soon as i mentioned where i was from. I can tell by your response that you and the two people I tried to contact are aware of the situation and are ok with fraudulently using my FedEx account. Beware everyone!!!!

The death of a loved one is always difficult and even more so when the goodbye includes shipping the deceased across the United States.

We assisted a client family with the death of their grandfather in California and transport to Kentucky via Delta Cargo.

Got a Flight from LAX (Los Angeles) to YVR (Vancouver, BC), Booked through United in partnership with Air Canada because it was $10 cheaper. I let the stewardess know in advance that my partner needed extra time and she said we can board after #2, that didn’t help because there were people waiting for us and she felt rushed, she should have gone when the ones with a wheelchair boarded. The flight wasn’t bad, they offered earbuds for those who didn’t bring any, there was a good selection of movies The only thing that I didn’t like about Air Canada was that they only offered drinks but no free mini snacks.

The cutoff time doesn’t account for the hour they make you wait til someone acknowledges you. Go to southwest cargo. A million Times better

I received a fake check for a purchase of 13000$ nothing said and no reply from the company. The check was sent Priority Mail USPS ( FEDERAL OFFENSE) there will be charges filed.

Everyone here acts like they are union. Nobody seems to care if, or when you get your freight. If I had known what a horrible waist of time this place is, I would've told dispatch to give it to someone else. I won't come back here ever again. I've missed two other stops I had to make today, because I've been sitting here so long. Their computer won't accept my email of shipping documents, and they seem to enjoy telling me it's my problem. F#%@ this place!

It may be an average wait time of 10 mins to get seen, but this place runs like a very well oiled machine. Never was there a forklift still and the process was accurate and efficient- and this goes for pickup and drop off. Worked with this company for awhile, and its excellent across the board.

Too many workers at the window and very little production. You got workers having side conversations and looking at their phone while having a lobby full of people. Their energy looks like they simply don’t wanna be there.

Worst experience ever!!..4/29/23...I came in at 7:30am...Its 1:41pm and I'm STILL HERE!!..spoke to the so-called manager twice and he kept blowing smoke you know where...very unorganized and slow...folks after me were being helped before me...they don't know who's on first in the cargo area!..Cargolux doesnt even have a restroom..just a pitiful operation.

Workers are kind and gentle. The treat people equally and respect time. But if you are expecting a parcel make sure you come when they call you, else they're going ask you to pay for warehouse storage if it sleeps

Quick loading ez docking have to use the streets will be a challenge to back to dock without damaging the wall it took me some time to prevent that from happening due to me being in a automatic backing up a incline

Don't ever work here ,Dave and the rest of the management don't appreciate the blood sweat and tears that the employees have sacrificed, especially the good ones with the most experience there , low pay rate too, the employees above the manager are always on there phone and have their gf's working there, it's all favoritism , especially that guy (Dave) that wears every clothing skin tight ,with his sunglasses, that guy doesn't get dirty , always puts the blame on everyone else accept himself, he doesn't know what the trash show he's got himself into, he will tho, all of his best workers quit / he let go, it's too late bro, if you guys wanna be that kind of company again , Dave and his buddies have to go,they have no clue what's going on, just ask him, this place used to be fun , too much micro managing, they don't focus on the important things ,

Extremely slow! extremely rude! Appointment was for 10 o’clock checked in at 9:30 doc worker seemed to be on break this whole time eating donuts only one truck moved with one crate. After hour, Do not use them do not come here rather clean up sewer system then come here again! One star is way too high for them. Also you have to pay them five dollars to check in.

Need to give a minus 5. Been waiting for an hour. No one comes out. No sign indicating where they are. I have cancer patients waiting on the package I'm supposed to pick up.

Went 3 hours before the dogs flight as suggested. When we got there I checked in to the window gave them my flight time so they knew and was told to wait and when it’s my turn they will help me. I with only 2 others waiting I figured I was fine. 45 minutes later I was helped and by the time they got all my paperwork done and the dogs taken care of they missed the cut off window. Other than that they were super friendly and careful of my pups. They got them in the next flight a few hours later with no issues. They did all they could and would recommend but go 4 hours early to be on the safe side if you are on a specific deadline

These airlines that allow you to make appointments should have employees who specifically help all appointments both in the office and in the warehouse. It'll make the flow go a lot better.
I'm going on 3hrs waiting but drivers without appointments are going on 5hours waiting. As drivers we have other drop offs and pick ups to do and being at an airline like this really backtracks us.

I hope management looks at these computers and sees how long drivers last here and start doing some changes.

Hire more front counter help and more warehouse help.
Especially for priority/appointments
These people are lazy.
They don't even attempt to get outta the truck.
this is a very bad place, for 2 days they could not give me one pallet, but then they did not give the load. then a certain Marseille did not give me id on purpose, and I had to return again. then when I came back for id this Marseille did not want to give 45 minutes. today I came to unload one pallet and have been waiting for 1.5 hours for the employees to swim slowly in the office. if possible, never come to this disgusting place

Agents are very slow helping customer's need to improve customer service......the Cargo handler needs to make some improvements. with some exceptions to a young lady that's trying to do her best to keep the operation running smooth out on the docks she's a big help on that part I give her applause and five stars.

One star is too much in my opinion. THE WORST cargo processing location ever. Just a heads up, if you plan to pick up or drop off cargo be prepared to spend half a day at this location. They hire based off how incompetent you are.

Lilly, who works at the front office is incredibly helpful, doesn’t waste time, and takes care of issues quickly. This place is usually pretty busy, but the staff tries to get on top of things pretty quickly. Usually in this sector people are on the move, and there usually always issues, but the Menzies Air China staff do their best to handle the situations quickly.

This place needs MORE dock doors & More Employees and a Faster processing system. You're almost guaranteed to wait 3+ hours at this place. I feel like they should have specific forklift drivers for Import- Export and for the small trucks and vans that wait on the ramp.
Don't even bother asking for a supervisor or manager.

Super busy place. You going to wait about 2hours if you’re lucky. No forklift driver to off load or load. There is about 35 people working on other stuff.

This warehouse doesn't have any colaboration when it comes to cargos being picked up. I came here to pick up 2 pallets but was able to just pick up one pallet and they said they couldnt find the ither pallet i need to pick up while charging storage fees. When i got here today 12-07-2020 to pick up the other remaining cargo, there was a quick waiting time because of the line but it was bearable of a wait but when i got into the warehouse to give the warehouse personel my paperworks, ni one was taking it and there was only one driver driving the forklift when in fact there were 4 of us waiting for a driver to be available. They do the line by numbers that is on the paperwork coming from the front desk so my nunber was 72, while i was waiting in line, there was a personel that works in this airline under company name Menzies and i was not able to get his name but i couldnt forget him because he was the one who kept telling me to wait outside. He gave a paperwork to a truck driver which has the number 74, that being said they go by numbering system and since i have 72, i should be helped out first, so this personel gave the number 74 paperworks to a trucker that's already being helped when in fact, he should be back falling in line for the number 74 paperwork. I do think that if someone knows someone working here, there would be a big chance that the peraon picking up the cargo wouldn't go back on waiting in line as the person gave it to him so the driver can juat givr it to the person who's heloing him and loading him driving the forklift. Plus, if they dont feel like helping you, they wouldn't even bother asking you if you had been helped. Such a disappointment seeing a warehouse so busy doing inappropriate things. But i guess if you complain, then they wouldn't even help you out anymore to payback for your complaining. Hope there would be some changes in these cargo airlines. I know it is stressful but that's your job to maintain the quickness with care of the cargos being picked up and juay follow the rules all the time.

Not even a port a potty. Here over 5hrs just for them to pull off 1 pod. They are rude.
Very busy on the nights that they fly you will wait in line pet friendly staff for the most part when you get their attention very helpful unloading crates and a reassuring that everything's good for shipment amazed that everything they shipped for people on the continental US
Friendly staff.. meter parking expect to take change and park a block away avoid ticket

I used this company to export belongings and furniture to the UK from West LA. I used them twice so I must have like them the first time.. Their prices and quotes were much lower than other companies. For boxes and clothing they were fine. Sadly when my furniture and ornaments arrived, they were many things damaged and broken. Thank gfoodnes I took insurance. I had to make a claim which was paid for and repaired but some of the things were impossible to repair. Never used them again.

If I could go ZERO Stars I would.

To be fair, I've only had two personal experiences with this company, but they were awful. the level of incompetence that MNX displayed both times was ridiculous.

The first time they violated their own rules by doubling up packages on the courier, thus making my guaranteed delivery LATE!
AND, to add insult to injury, I had to call THEM to find out that my package was not arriving on time!

The second time (I know, shame on me for trusting them) the airline lost the package (not the fault of MNX, I know) but MNX never let me know.
AGAIN, I had to call them to find out!

Only when my packages weren't there at the promised time, and I called to find out why, did they tell me the package was lost, even though they had known for HOURS!

If you have another option other than MNX, use it.

First of all you have back up to one of the garage doors until you can sign in and expect them to take their time getting to you after you have signed in. That's not necessarily the problem. After we had paid to get our cargo, we received no help until we BEGGED someone to get our cargo and it seemed to be a huge burden on them. Expect to be here for 5+ hours when realistically this process should be less than an hour. If I could get them no stars I would have. Good luck!

It's been more than a decade since I started shipping items overseas with American Export Lines. My experience has been nothing but positive and complete satisfaction with the company. My agent at the company, has been so helpful in making sure that my relationship with company is a happy one. She treats me like family in the company. I can go into her office at any time to get my questions answered in the most cordial and professional manner. Her patience in dealing with the company clients need not be over emphasized.

I will recommend American Export Lines anytime to anyone who wants to ship to Africa and other places with the ultimate peace of mind.

I have used the services of American Export Lines for the last 3 years. During this period, I have shipped several containers internationally without any problem. I have been helped my many employees of this company and their customer service is exceptional. They deal with our company in a very professional way. They make it so easy to book and deliver containers on time to our warehouse and back to the port. The documentation is also handled very professionally, making our international shipping experience quite smooth. It only takes an email or a phone call to get everything going.
We have had very positive experience dealing with the American Export Lines, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, stress free shipping experience! Got our merchandise seized by US Custom because they neglected to file an import form (AMS) before it left China. Now we have no goods to sell during Christmas and they asked us to pay a $10,000 penalty to US Custom for their mistake. These are the two I dealt with Kasra Ferasat & Shirley Gorospe. When my goods was seized by US Custom, instead of dealing with it, they told me to call US Custom myself, Custom actually told me it was funny that they're trying to pass the responsibilty to me when they should be the one to fix their mistake.

Update 1/23/2015 - Goods are now cleared US Custom without me having to pay the penalty. These guys came through at the end. Thanks. I still missed Christmas season sales but nothing we can do about that now.
