I came to live unload my load at United Cargo D Dulles, VA Airport. I gave my BOL to front desk lady after 10 minutes later. one old man came out and ask IAD letter and I explained to him shipper did not give a letter they just gave 2 BOL that all. He went inside and cried to his supervisor and both came out and told me I need to police I explained to supervisor what they gave and and how tell to old employee. Supervisor again told me be polite otherwise he will call to my carrier. After 5 minutes they call me inside to wait. 2 minutes later one lady came out and try to help old man with that system and paperwork. Than I asked her is he training she said yes. If he knew and doesn’t know how to work why he call his supervisor and cried driver didn’t politely. I have dash cam and recording 24/7. Very slowly place and employees don’t know how to work. I will not recommend to come this place anytime.

My check-in time was 1:00 a.m. but it looked like they were closed. But after 2:30 am I saw a couple of guys coming out from the building and I immediately asked them about my appointment time. They said we tried to call you because someone checked in same load number and give us phone number. We tried to call on the phone number but no answer. I think my dispatch checked in n gave them the wrong number so it's miscommunication. . They gave me a door and started loading me immediately. Really nice people and friendly and very professional.

Terrible, these Company deserves less than Cero stars. Extremely slow customer service, They look disorganized, the staff over there looks the last they want is help the people. For education I do not mention names. their "Automatic service" On 2 useless Screen machines they have there it is a wasting of time. The worst customer service I have seen

Very bad treatment. Waiting is a long time. There is no place to wait. I waited for 3 hours, then the employee said to me, “I don’t know when your turn will come.” Think carefully before you come😡

If you don’t got nothing to do with your day come over, they will waste your time and still wanna be rude to the customer. The guy in blue really thinks he tough, until he meets someone who will match his energy. The management team really needs to look into the lack of professionalism in here, before someone lose their cool.

This place is so unorganized and i will never be returning here for any type of service.

No one is there , they will you call you 2-3 hours before your appointment for pu ! And you should which building you pu (A-E)
