I was on holiday in Edinburgh. One of my heating aids stopped working. Boots could offer no help. I tried Edinburgh Hearing Practice. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Within minutes the problem had been solved and a new filter fitted. My thanks to All.

At the clinic everyone was extremely helpful and looked after my mum so well. Fantastic service and went over and above. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Already deaf in one ear I was struggling to hear anything. The lNHS waiting list was 4-6 weeks. My daughter arranged an appointment for me at the clinic. Was amazing! Edinburgh Hearing Practice provides an excellent service and very competent advice. Staff were super friendly and helpful when choosing the most suitable hearing aid. It was a decision I was quite worried about making but staff helped me choose a hearing aid that works really well.
