I've always received great care. My family doctor is too hard to reach for immediate attention so this is my go to for seeing a doctor.

Possibly the most unreliable clinic in the city. The front desk, please… Get a new job and hire a donkey to work for you instead, it will do a far better job than you can ever.

This is truly a wonderful place for those interested in psychedelics and their culture. I'd say skip lSD or dmt, not that i have tried DMT, but the the two lsd tabs i bought left a baad impression. They are not cheap!!

Been coming to the clinic since 2008 after my car accident. I now live in Nanaimo and still use the Commercial Drive Clinic. They’re always helpful with everything I need done from so far. Thanks for your help over the years. I appreciate it.

Avoid this place for god's sake. A bunch of liars. They told us three (!!!) times month after month that signed us up to MRI queue while they never actually did it. They told us that they CANT TELL US WHICH PARTICULAR CLINIC WE ARE ASSIGNED TO. They can't. Ofc you can't if you never did it. Liars. Stupid, arrogant. Hope you guys have 0 working days week instead of 2. You didn't deserve a penny from MSP. How dare you to make a human suffer for a half a year from backpain and be afraid to tell you simply lied.

P.S. to the owner: check my email which I sent on Mar 18, 2023, 3:06 PM asking about MRI date. Which you never bothered to respond ofc.

Much cheaper than the other dispensaries of it's kind. The people working here are friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough.

I love this place BUT their LSD does not work, it’s packaged up and looks legit, but had absolutely zero effect…

I don’t know what is going on with this business? I was going here and seeing a doctor. I had my medical exam for my professional license and then got a requisition for some lab tests. After months of waiting the doctor never explained the results and when I call the office ( nearly impossible to get through) a young man promised me that a doctor would call me back at 2pm that day. I suspected I wouldn’t get a call and sure enough no response after months of trying to get ahold of the doctor and office staff. What a completely incompetent, unprofessional and irresponsible business! Don’t use this walk in clinic it’s a joke!

Just went there earlier today, They were super helpful. I picked up some DMT and a bottle of lsd, as well as some shrooms. Will come back

Bad customer service. I was excited to check this place out. I went to the lady behind the counter and she was really dismissive. I thought maybe I did something wrong or my questions were stupid... But after reading other reviews I see that I was not the only one who had an experience like this. This happened a few months ago and the experience had turned me off from going to any mushroom shop in the city because I felt so uncomfortable based on my experience here. Good thing there are other options in this city.

In response to the owner, I was promoted to write a review when I was looking for another mushroom place on Google maps.

Booking my first appointment wasn’t particularly easy as there is no booking confirmation and my appointment had to be moved and there was confusion between the staff - as I’m sure happens with a booking system that’s not super intuitive. However I did get a call the morning of my appointment to check I was coming in and the staff were friendly. I had a really good experience with Dr Mark Abbey, as a foreigner in Vancouver without my own Dr here it’s always hit and miss with a walk in clinic. I found Dr Abbey was friendly and actually listened to why I was there rather than pushing me out the door moments after arriving which is how I feel most of the time seeing Drs in this city. It was nice to feel like a person not a number (:

I loved the experience! It is a very complete and super varied place! I love that they have all the written information on everything they sell so you can read it or translate it ;) they always have a good vibe and the quality of their
(coca tea, mushrooms and chocolates) are really good. In the afternoon and the attention was good and professional but I recommend that you go at night or on weekends because the vibe is friendlier and the service is more authentic.
