This is a very big ganesh mandal. Lot of people come here to worship the deity and seek his blessing.

It was very disappointing to see that Khetwadi Gallis have made business of Ganeshustav. Just for sake of competition they have started bringing huge idols. No doubt some Galli madals have very unique and must watch decorations and chalchitra. But many madals has very average decorations and for that too they keep normal people waiting outside in que for long time, even if pandal is empty inside. It just to showcase that there is very huge demand for that pandal and then they can sell passed for 50 to 100 rs per person.

The Ganesha's were really beautiful and spiritually good feeling however the hygiene is very bad no washrooms at night when there are so many public

Hello guys,

I visited Lalbaug on 20th Sep in the morning around 6 and after searching I got in the line around 6:30. The line was so big and there were many peoples also the peoples over there from lalbaug were saying that there are three different lines for charan darshan so they are opening one and closing others. But this is not the whole truth. I didnt link how they have did the line maintenance they should atleast have a different line for the senior citizens people after certain age I saw many senior citizens were suffereing becoz of line issue. And in between they all this people who work there and have lalbaug id cards give entry directly to the know one without any line which is real really unfair people standing in the line for hours. They should think for a different arrangement or certain time or limit for the celebrities becoz of them also the other peoples were suffering. At the place of god all are the same there is no sunch common or higher peoples. I was in the line from 6:30 and got the darshan at 2am. next day morning it took me around 18 to 19 hours to get the darshan and i saw these id card people letteing there people in and getteing darshan whitin an hour. Which is really not accepted your shouldnt do like this even though u were their. Lalbaug committee should really look after this and make this better.

Best place to visit in Lalbaugh ,parel. Best part about this place is that from such a narrow space such a huge idol of lord Ganesha is bought and worshipped in the Mandal. 🙏

Contrary to the bustling street outside, the area is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Within the Temple area, there are numerous tiny worship spaces for various deities. There is a lot of calm and tranquillity in the air. Anytime of the day, the location is a great place to spend some quiet time by oneself. There is limited parking inside the temple grounds, but if that is not possible, you can leave your car in the narrow but normally vacant street behind the temple. It is advised to arrive early, hire a cab or use public transportation on special occasions because finding a spot to park your car can be challenging.

Peaceful place amongst the busy streets of Mumbai. 😇 Everyone in the temple was so co-operative and helpful as I visited the temple for the first time they guided me so well around the temple. It has been a great spiritual experience I would never forget. The Naag Abhishek is performed every Sunday and it feels so divine, witnessing the Abhisheka and the Maha Aarti followed after that. It's a must visit temple I'd really recommend for people seeking spiritual experiences in their lives.

This is one of the oldest temple in Powai just few kms away from IIT Powai. Suvarna Temple is also known as Nine mother children temple is indeed a unique temple in its own. Located amidst the beauty of Powai this temple has lot of serenity and calm. The ‘Nine Mother Children’ temple is one of the oldest holy places in Powai. This temple was evolved in 1957, but the prathista and other ritual ceremony were performed on 1963. Here you can find all the almighties from all the communities-Hindus, Muslim, Chirsten. So the restriction is not imparted on any caste to enter inside the premises. Here all the caste and religion are treated one and the same.

A Beautiful Temple which is also very old, Located off the Jogeshwari-vikhroli link rd opp IIT Powai Campus. The place is very calm and quiet contrary to the noisy street outside. There are multiple small worship areas of various deities inside the Temple area. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The place is a very good spot to spend some quality time for one's self anytime of the day. Parking for a few vehicles is available inside the temple premises but if that is not available u can park the car in the street behind the temple which is narrow but mostly empty on normal days. On festive occasions it is recommended to either reach early or take a cab or public transport as finding the place to park your car can be a difficult job.

Lalbaugchi Mata sits at the location of Mumbaicha Raja. It is a very peaceful temple and people of all faiths are welcome here. Very beautiful idol and very picturesque decoration.

Mumbai cha Raja - Best thing about this pandal is the decorative sets they build around the place every year. In 2018 the theme was Surya mandir of Konark. Usually less crowed, unlike lalbaug cha raja (where along with the crowd you may have to experience the rude and abusive behaviour of policemen). I wish i could visit this place every year 👍
