I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The service during my pedicure and manicure wasn't up to par. The technician who was working on my legs seemed disinterested and rushed. I don't feel comfortable recommending this nail salon, especially for people of color.

I asked for glazed donut nails with builder gel and got exactly that. Friendly and efficient.

Love this spot, been coming 8 years :) surprised by some of the reviews as I’m here every month and honestly can’t fault them!

I’ve been going to this place since 2018.
I love how fast they can do shellac manicure and pedicure, which takes an hour.
I also like the fact that they take appointments.
For this I will give them 5 stars, however for customer service 1 star. Not sure if this is related with the fact that they pretend they don’t speak English.
Also, they are offering less service for the same cost in the last few years, possibly having to do with the increase in cost of living, but they cannot explain, as they pretend they don’t understand what I’m saying when I’m asking why they are no massaging the full lower arm like until a few years ago, or scrubbing the leg to under the knees, like they used to do it.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 3 years now and I can’t fault it.
The ladies are always lovely, fast paced and attentive to detail.
Make sure you book ahead to avoid missing out.

The environment is not welcoming and friendly at all, some of the ladies are pleasant enough!!!

There is one staff member who is just outright rude, ignores what you have to say RE your treatment even though she has just asked you a question? She dosent listen!

Then the staff start to communicate and start laughing in their own language as if they cannot speak English!!! All the while Knowing full well they are talking about you”the costumer”. And you have to sit and be polite! As I’m not rude and would never act in that way.

I have gone back many times and have tried to ignore this behaviour because it is convenient.

But the final straw was today…. I asked a simple question about other colour polishes and I was barked at and talked down to by this particular rude staff member. As if we weren’t paying customers…no hospitality, no manners, not at all Friendly. To top it all off I have seen them treat many other paying customers the same! It’s a disgrace

I will not be going back.

Best nails ever. Quin is who does my nails. They last and are not too thick like I've had in the past.

They are so friendly and they always do the best nail art😍
On top of that my puppy is welcomed there which only makes me come back there more.
I love all the girls working there so is my puppy.
