A lovely welcome, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff (arguably my best ever massage) and in our opinion incredible value.

If you're undecided about which Hammam and massage experience you're looking for then definitely give these lovely people a try, you'll not be disappointed.

Highly recommend! The staff are all very lovely, greeted us with warm smiles. I had the Mythic classic treatment and loved every minute of it! My skin is now super soft and it was a relaxing experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit. 5 stars

Definitely pricey and the welcome staff is either not friendly or know limited English - I couldnt figure it out. Staff is skilled. Process moved fast. Book in advance. Very accessible. Restaurants near by should you want to grab food after the treatment! The facility was clean but small. Recommended when in Marrakesh.

One thing I told the manager already are the massage beds: the hole used for the face did not fit well and felt uncomfortable. They should improve this!

Please don’t make the mistake to come to this really average place for you Hammam you get treated like you’re a pain and they don’t care about customer care. They rushed us so much and I felt like I was in a prison where I had to follow orders because I was being tortured. The service was terrible and felt like they were trying to cut corners n especially the lady at the reception was the worst with her tone. We had made special requests before when we booked and none of these were taken into account. Our grind had to wait 30 mins because they couldn’t accommodate all of us at the same time. It was a very poor experience seeing that there are so many Hammam options available closer. But we went on the good reviews from before so we thought it was worth it. But don’t make the same mistake to go as far as we did for this. It was just an average experience n though we were many of us and they earned so much from us they made us feel as if we were getting everything for free n doing us a favour but let me tell you nothing was free. We felt so unwelcome n wouldn’t ever go there again even if it was free. Also I’m not one to write negative reviews but this was definitely not it.

The best Hammam and massage in Town.
I went with my husband and we felt cuddled fromt he first step in this hammam. They allowed us to take an amazing and real break from the chaos of the medina!
It is quite expensive with respect other hammam, but i can ensure you that it worth it because we tried also other

Booked a massage. Got there 5 minutes early, the man told me to sit down. I sat for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. The whole reception was chaotic and loud. I eventually just got up and walked out as it was 15 minutes into my massage time and I had not even been brought to a room yet. Very disappointing

Incredible experience highly recommended. We took the oriental relaxation pack, €35 with 1 hour and 15 minutes, which was even a little more. Very well priced. They welcomed us very kindly and we took the hammam which consists of a bath in a steam sauna with exfoliating massages. After an incredible full body massage from the magnificent Hannan and Assia, thank you very much! They served us a mint tea at the end. Highly recommended and very close to the Jemaa el-Fna square.

We took the package for hamman and massage for 2 persons with 1 hour massage. The massage was actually 45 min. We could have taken the 30 min massage which was cheaper if we would have known. The massager of my partner was 10 min late. He was waiting on the bed for 10 min while my massager already started. Also you can hear all the noise from the spa outside. It’s impossible to relax this way.
We started at 18:00 and they closed everything during our stay. We could here them clean outside while we were inside the massage.

We’ve been there with our 3 daughters, very pleasant experience. High professionalism and attention with the girls. Very funny the hammam experience all together in the same time. Wonderful the long full body massage in a silent dark room. Don’t believe people at the corner saying “it’s closed” because in Marrakech they try in every way to take you where they want. The price also was correct.

Very upscale and nice spa in the middle of Marrakech. There's a lot of packages to choose from and we went for the Mythic dream which I highly recommend. The hammam was a bit rough but you definitely feel relaxed afterwards. The messages and the facials were lovely and we even got treated with lemon water and tea.

We had the invigorating massage (under 400 MAD for 1 hour). This price is quite a bargain to the expense of the facilities. The place itself is plain and clean. The people are great and very accomodating. However, I feel my massage is too soft and would have wanted a more deep-style massage.

The best Hamam and spa experience I ever had.

It was our last day in Marrakesh and zainab helped us to book the experience despite last minute request. When we arrived at spa, we found I book Hamam only and not hamam + massage. Sarah, the on site manager told us that we are fully booked but we told her that we are flying back today so she accommodated us. She was very kind and looked after us so well. Every staff member we met there was amazing. Saleema, Khadija and Bushra were super stars with Sara and Zeneb.

The whole experience with family made memorable ending of our trip, and I can’t wait to get back here again.

My 10 yo daughter got 30 minute massage, and she loved it. Plus the cookies we had there after spa was one of the best I ever had.

My friend and I visited this spa on our Morroco trip and booked the duo package. Safe to say our experience here was excellent!

When you come inside you will be greeted in a friendly and calming atmosphere.
You get a bathrobe, slippers and a locker from the staff. The women always made sure we are comfortable, when we did the soaping, wash and massage - as a European you could be surprised that they pour buckets of water on you at the washing, but the end result shows that their methods work. Afterwards we were served tea and got to relax on the terasse to singing birds.

We both never felt so clean in our lives! It’s also a great ”escape“ to busy Marrakesch.

Went here in July 2019 and it was the most relaxing spa experience ever. I felt like a baby afterwards! I fell asleep within a few minutes of the massage after the Hammam experience.

We have a random idea to go to hamam and it was one of the best decisions of that day. The staff was flexible and they found a gap for us for hamam and massage. Big thanks to Hiba and Fatima, who took care of us in Hamam 😅 never been that clean I guess😅. Amina and Wasima took good care of our muscles during the massage. Big thanks to reception Onlaya who was quick and nice and made it happen for us.
The place is close to bazaar if you feel like you need to rest after long day...this is the place...you get refreshed for evening bazaar ☺️
