This place is amazing and the fact that it's always booked is insane to me. It's clean. The staff are nice. The thai massage is amazing!

I highly recommend this place if you have muscle aches or flexibility issues and are looking for a strong massage. Excellent staff all around who can advise you.

I went here for the first time and honestly it's the best massage I've ever got in my life. I love the intense pressure. She did different massage movements. If your not a fan of intense massage then this is not for u. I would recommend this place to anyone, it's def worth the money, you won't be disappointed.

I had been going to this location for about 2 years now and had always had AMAZING experiences until recently. I had the most horrible experience with Wendy/Yi Wang in March and after asked to speak to a manager but was advised by receptionist Simran that the only way to do so would be through email asking for manager Bernice to contact me. I sent the email over a month ago and have not received a response.

Came for appointment for 2 people.
I wasn’t told to be there before the appointment time to book in forrms, or the forms were bot set online to be filled prior.
Came in for a one hour appointment
Spend first 5-10 mins fiiling form,
Then some time using washroom
Then some more time changing

And the massage began 15-20 mins after the appointment time

So we got like 40 mins of massage and were charged for one hour
We paid about $280 for 40 mins massage

And gave 15% tip

The receptionist said, is it 15% for one therapist pr both, unhappy from the time spent on massage, i said 15% total..
She said the tip goes to individual theapist and i should do 10% each for the tip

I was. Very annoying by this point.. we ended up sending over $300 for a 40 min massage. What a rip off

Had my massage with a senior RMT, I guess it is partially my ego’s fault for not telling him that he pushed too hard at various points on my cervical spine (he reminded me at the end that this was only “medium” force—I think his max force would be lethal). I found the pillow uncomfortable as with the force he pushed down, there was no room to breathe. I’m fairly certain that it was obvious that I was gasping for air between pushes. I now have a shooting pain in my neck that I will likely need to get imaging for. For the price paid, I was hoping to leave more relaxed than injured.

Fantastic first Thai spa experience!! I came here with my fiancé for a couples massage and we were blown away. We loved the private sauna session as well as the 90 minute massage and stretch by Len and Laura 😍 we have never been stretched like this before! This will not be the last time we’ll be back.

Not for the weak. First time getting a Thai massage. I've had plenty of intense and heavy pressure massages before and this one definitely tops it. Will be back because it's my preference. My husband gets more massages than me and he thought it was too intense for him haha.

This was my first time trying Thai massage. I have suffered with headaches and stiffness in my back and neck for the past month and could not find relief. I booked a 90 minute massage with Jun and couldnt be happier with my experience! She is amazing and I am now a true believer in the benefits of Thai massage. The spa itself is very clean and the staff welcoming. If you are contemplating booking a massage, do not hesitate! I highly recommend!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spa itself had a serene ambiance and provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the massage as I had expected a 90-minute Thai full body massage that included a back massage, but it focused mainly on stretching and leg massage. While the overall experience was pleasant, the lack of attention to the back left me slightly unsatisfied.

Absolute best massages here ! Love the couple massages. The Thai massage is authentic and they really know what thier doing ! Free ginger tea in the waiting area. Slippers and front foyer can be better managed though !

I recently had a fantastic experience with a Thai massage therapist (on) who really knows her stuff! She is incredibly skilled in deep tissue massages and her strength is impressive. I would like to express my sincerest recommendation to this business. Namely for Ms. On Li who is the RMT that provides Thai or Swedish Massage.

I am a connoisseur of massage and having a history of past whiplash/auto accident, heavy weightlifting and a having a high stress job really places tension and tightness on my neck and shoulders.

On Li is a highly experienced and skilled practitioner. She knows how to read me and I ask for no mercy with a strong massage. Of more than 30-40 people I’ve probably received massages from she is the one that I am so fortunate to “get what I want” digging in and hitting all the knots and pains. I’ve really “met my match”.

Her technique is amazing and she will even walk on the back. I’ve gone for 2 x 2 hour sessions and 1 hr session so far and while I first didn’t think I needed 2 hours, now I know why in order to have the time on every single part of the body and not rush through all the areas.

Whomever is looking for a Thai massage which involves actively stretching you, you won’t be disappointed. Really glad I met her!
