My experience here was absolutely HORRIFYING. The representatives at the front desk do not speak english, they continue to lie, and have wasted 2 hours of my time not telling me the truth. The manager is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING he did not enforce good customer service skills. Instead of getting a translator for the language barrier and apologizing he continued to insult me. He was ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE, Instead of making excuses for his employees he needs to be training them appropriately. I would never in a MILLION YEARS come back to this check cashing place. I would be embarrassed to have someone of the caliber managing my place of business. The young lady with the ginger colored hair needs to be FIREDDD because she doesn't know how to do her job and can't speak to the customer due to not having a translator on hand.

The girls are friendly and very helpful. Place is very clean

I usually have a good experience when I come to this check cashing establishment but I beg to differ with those of you who have high marks for the manager ,Tia. She always makes it difficult for me at least when I come in, she has a chip on her shoulder and should check her ego at the door when she comes to work. Those people who gave her high marks are probably her friends. Sorry Tia, I call it as I see it.

This is a very professional location. Always rapid service when i come in. I never experienced any issues. The staff are friendly as well i recommend services here.

Wed A.M. 9/30/2020: Apparently the cashiers at this place. RARELY see an ONLINE BANK ISSUED (not from check book) personal check for $1,000. My sister needed CASH due to this Covid-19. and did not want to deposit at her bank via ATM....The cashier told my sister no body is answering the phone at the number on the check...WELL DUH ! , that is the Bank's 800 National Number for CUSTOMERS.... In order to get rid of my sister, she told her to come back in one hour... I texted my sister My Bank Account's Jersey City Bank Branch Telephone number ..to show the clerk to call...The clerk told her to tell me ...I SHOULD CALL THE BANK to Verify My OWN Approved Bank Check...I told my sister to Get The Hell Out Of that Place... I told her to Never Again go to this place and they have the nerve to charge a large percentage of the customer's check in order to cash it......Just Another Day In DA HOOD

The employees are very welcoming, patient and understanding. I will continue going to this specific check cashing place for all of my money orders and western union transactions because of how they made me feel while helping me.

4 people behind the window and non of them know how to do there job. They stop and talk to each other with people are waiting having conversations with customers with nothing to do with what's going on
Hire new staff and maybe you'll be able to keep the customers you already have.

I would give it 5 stars if there weren't always one person behind the counter. But I have to say every check I've brought has been cashed no problem and I have been going to them for almost 10 years. Today had a check from relatives for Christmas and this was the only place that would cash it. But please, open all three registers when there are 20 people on line. It would be 5 stars easily. Plus the hours are convenient. Closes at 9:30pm.
