Meir is the amazing! He knows exactly what he is doing and he gives great advice! When I first started my business, Meir offered a lot of help, even with giving me referrals. For any small business that is looking for reliable, and quality accounting service, I would 100% recommend Meir and Spear CPA CFP!

If i could give zero stars. I would. First of all charging for services an arm and leg, second - not providing them: 6 months of payroll - did not even set up accounts in the correct states, never ran payroll, still charged for the service. Bookkeeping: I had to constantly chase them to make sure they categorized correctly, still made a lot mistakes, sloppy, not organized, keep switching people who work on your account, bad communication. Filing returns - total nightmare. 2 years later got a notice from IRS that they never got my return: both federal, state and corporate. After calling and emailing them for a month, they brushed me off with a fake certified letter receipt (1 for all 3 returns) and stopped communicating with me. I'm filing a lawsuit for their negligence and damages. Save yourself this headache and choose someone else for your tax services needs.

Let me start with the reason why four (4) stars. I normally leave room for improvement. There is always room for improvement. That said, I'm very satisfied with Empire. Everyone have been very responsive and helpful, especially Mary. I would also recommend that an explanation be included in the draft return. For example, explanation for additional vouchers prepared. But other than that, I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend their services to anyone.

Service so bad I turned down multiple FREE months. This company has cost me thousands due to their mistakes, inaccuracies, unexpected (and at times, unexplained) charges, unnecessary delays, empty promises, unanswered questions, unresponsive emails, and more. Don't make the mistake I did - avoid Empire at all costs.

Been with them for 3/4 years. Rachel is very knowledgeable of her work. Evenmore, she has a team that supports their great work - Jeremy and Amandalyn. They are straight shooters and no phoney baloney. They listen to their clients which is key. And after speaking to them you feel settled. And a nice shout out to Kate, a very pleasant Georgian.

This was a profoundly unsatisfactory experience with Empire Tax Professionals, a company that claims to be customer-oriented and a top tax service provider. Despite their marketing promises, my encounter with this firm was riddled with incompetence, delays, and an utter lack of professionalism. I strongly caution potential clients against entrusting their taxes to these individuals, as my personal encounter left me with exorbitant costs, unnecessary stress, and a significant loss of trust.

To begin with, Empire Tax Professionals failed to deliver on the fundamental aspect of their service: timely tax filing. Despite submitting all required documents and paying their fee of $5000 upfront, my taxes were not submitted within the mandated deadline. This negligence resulted in penalties and fines that I, as a client, should not have had to endure. This level of irresponsibility is inexcusable for a company that boasts about their expertise and customer-centric approach.

Moreover, the incompetence displayed by Empire Tax Professionals during the filing process was both disheartening and alarming. These people are outstanding!!! Seriously, I’ve followed them for a while and loved what I saw. Since I’ve been a client, Rachel’s team, and specifically Amandalyn have gone above and beyond in their service, professionalism and humanity! 😂 I never feel like a number. They are fun to talk to and super efficient as a business. I just wanted to brag on them a bit! If you need expert financial management, bookkeeping and tax strategies and service, Empire is tier 1! I called this so called professionals and some guy name Michael answers and says what do you need. I replied and said I'm looking for a CPA who can notarize and he said do you know what you looking for ? I said a CPA. (red flag) and then he said where you from ? it look like you are far away. (My area code) is from California, and then he automatically assumes I live in California and says I can't help. And then he says "well where are you from?" I said I'm in Jersey City and he said oh I can't help. The thing he failed to realize my business is based in NYC. He didn't let me say that because by then he had already hung up on me. -- This is for potential clients and current clients be careful with this firm because if they can be this dismissive imagine what they are doing in the actual job. - I'm not no genius but this firm has big RED FLAGS. Don't rush to hire these terrible professional, look for CPA's that can do the job and are not rude to their clients. If they can be rude to a prospective client who haven't paid them a service imagine when you do pay.

5 STAR REVIEW OF CPA EXCELLENCE

My experience was long and arduous before I stumbled upon this gem. I was contacting other CPA's from different places but none were willing to give me the time or effort that I required. Thousands of dollars were on the line for my business and no one seemed to want to help. You ask them a question, they answer back. Other CPA's aren't really eager to help you. It's a job, they're at work.
Then I called Michael Rosedale (CPA) from CPA Tax Partners. He was different. For once, I didn't have to poke and prod for answers. He gave me all the answers I needed, explaining each part with the necessary information to help me understand. I called on a Sunday morning (the worst time possible) and he spent over 15 minutes with me without charging me. He was friendly, informative, and actually making a difference in my life. He went above and beyond.
Meanwhile, I had been trying to get in touch with my CPA since the day before and knowing him, well, I probably wouldn't have been able to properly talk to him until Monday. He doesn't really do weekends.
They come highly recommended.
