Went to cash my check on the 29. I told Carletta multiple times I didn’t want a card during the process of me cashing my check in. Yesterday morning I found out it was an ace card being mailed to my house without my knowledge. I am very unsatisfied with the experience at this location

Kent at Esquire Tax Solutions is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and most of all he delivers. A mistake in my filing had cost me 10s of thousands of dollars, and I had spent the last two years submitting forms and going back and forth with the IRS. Then I hired Kent, and within 30 minutes of speaking with him, he knew the right forms, knew what to research, and within a week had sent off what was needed to fix my filing. A few months later when the IRS finally got around to reviewing the forms, 100% rectified. No more back and forth, no more debt, and I get thousands in back-taxes that were wrongfully garnished from my subsequent years of taxes. I would 100% work with Kent again for any problems I have in the future.

I engaged Accounting 4 DC for first time this year as I moved from a salaried executive to now consulting with some other sources of revenue. I've managed large financials for non-profits, but had found myself confused on my own taxes. Accounting 4 DC provided outstanding service including clarity and timeliness of responses. I've engaged large firms for years on services for organizations, and can't think of a time where level of service came close to what Accounting 4 DC provided me. I highly recommend them!

I came into ACE after a visit I no trip to the consignment shop and Dominic helped me ! She was so pleasant and timely ! Her customer service and conversation were amazing ! By far the best check cashing experience I’ve ever had.

These two wonderful and knowledgeable ladies took almost an hour out of their day to help my elderly father cash his check, get his money orders and TEACH him how to use CashApp. These ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND what is required at a check cashing place. Their attentive service to him while I was out of town was invaluable to him and me as well.

I worked with Stephanie Gibney to do both my quarterly estimated taxes as an independent contractor, and my annual return along with my husband's, jointly. I had a very complicated (to me!) tax situation, but Stephanie was nothing but informative and patient throughout, and she ended up helping me straighten everything out. She was extremely responsive and helpful with all of my many questions, and she helped me to not only understand how best to navigate my tax situation, but to feel comfortable doing so. I cannot recommend Accounting 4 DC enough. A very enthusiastic 5 stars!
I was so pleased with the service I received from this H St location. I typically would go to the Maryland locations until I recently moved to dc. The lady Erica was so helpful and helped me to get set up with what I needed and explained everything in detail. This will definitely be my go to Ace!
Run. This place is unprofessional and useless. I had an appointment with an advisor (Jasmine) on April 10. She ran the numbers for filing jointly with my spouse. I asked if she could see if it'd be cheaper to file separately. She promised that she'd run the numbers and get back to us, but then she dropped off the face of the earth. I did not hear from her before tax filing day. I messaged and called the office and they did not know where she was either. So on tax filing day I had to do it all myself via TurboTax. Even setting that aside, she couldn't answer basic questions about my taxes that a tax advisor should know.
These people are glorified data entry clerks. You're better off doing your taxes yourself. Unbelievable.

Both Stephanie and Kimberly were superb in their tax service, responsiveness, and ease of doing business. I live overseas and had a large time gap between when I'm available and when Accounting 4 DC LLC were open for business, but never have I ever had an issue with working with both of them or their team at large despite this time difference. I'm very happy with their support and will surely use Accounting 4 DC LLC again.

Stephanie Gibney of Accounting 4 DC LLC was absolutely superb. We experienced a death in the family in March of this year. One of the many outstanding things that needed to be completed was a particularly complex tax return. Despite the lateness in reaching out to Ms. Gibney in the middle of a busy tax season, she graciously took on our situation. She even filed an extension for us to preclude any IRS penalty fees for what would be a late filing. The portal used to upload tax documents is super easy to use, she communicated directly with us to let us know what was completed and that she received the necessary documents. To top it off...Ms. Gibney DID get the taxes done and filed well before the tax deadline for this year's filing...simply amazing! She took what was a major stressor for us and made it go away. AND for an incredibly reasonable fee...we will continue to engage her for all our family tax filings...she is that good! Strongly recommend Ms. Gibney and Accounting 4 DC LLC for your tax and accounting needs.

It’s always a pleasure coming to this ACE. Everyone there is friendly and handles everything so professionally. Even when some customers come in being rude with them. I love how calmly they handle every situation and doesn’t let it effect or carrying on to the next person in line. They’re fast and always makes my trip there quick with no problem. We had the worst experience ever. Paul Ramos and his team are the most incompetent tax advisors I think I’ve ever seen. Their management style is poor their client experience that they gave to us was pitiful. We will actively share our poor experience across social media in hopes of saving another small business this turmoil.
Mr. Tran did an excellent job and went out of his way to accomodate my needs, even when recuperating from surgery. He responded immediately to my requests. I appreciated greatly his work.
I arrived more than 15 minutes early for my 4pm appointment, and the office was closed (locked, lights off etc.). I called, no answer. I called the corporate help thinking I messed up the date or time, but she could see in her computer my confirmed appointment. 2 days later and I still have not received a call, an explanation or an apology for wasting my time. Obviously they don't want my business, and I am happy to take it to someone who will respect my time.
I had a bit complicated issue with my tax filing and needed some help. Sonja very patiently and professionally looked into those issues together with me and helped me with finishing full tax filing within an hour and half. I am definitely willing to come back next year.
