Gregg not only tried to push his services on me and didn’t want to take no for an answer, but he was vicious towards a friend of mine. I was also told by an old friend, when inquiring about Gregg, that he is a slum lord. There’s even an article about it. Do the world a favor and find a different loan officer.

Slow and unresponsive service.

I have done three mortgages through the Busch Team and have found them to be responsive and very much in front of the process. With other companies the process has been fraught with problems and lots of 11th hour requests for information. With First Savings there were no surprises and this part of the transaction was secured well in advance of the closing. I would and have highly recommended this company to friends and family.

Attempting to get prequalified for a mortgage as first time home buyers is intimidating as it is. However we never felt like the person we were working with had their paperwork together or knew what they were doing. She came back with one number and 20 minutes later a different number because she forgot something. Took over a week as she kept asking for additional information that was already on the paperwork we had provided.
