This is the worst place I have used as far as oxygen goes they never bring the right amount of tanks I have heard the nurse order the tanks but when the guy gets here it's never right an they blame the nurse for it but like I told him I heard the order be placed it something every week with them then the oxygen concentrator was filthy when they brought it out the hospital bed was very old outa date. It has been a nightmare with this place they people are very rude an not professional at all

Worst DME company in America. Equipment is filthy, no attempt to clean used equipment. Management is sorry and lazy, will not help load or find any equipment. Make customers promises that they can't provide. Technicians look filthy and dirty. I would not recommend this company at all. Horrendous service. I don't understand how this company is still in business. They've been reported to Medicare for fraud, getting paid for services that should have ended when equipment was picked up. I believe any good review of this company, is one that was falsified by the company. I mean there are several healthcare professionals that will never use their service again, and they speak negatively on this company. Shut them down NOW

Even tho they had a few glitches to overcome , Marice arrived with a hospital bed and sat it up so professionally, was very pleased and would use this company again

I would give no stars however you are not able to do so. Lack of communication ect.

IME is the best DME company in the country. They put patients first, have the highest quality equipment, and the most compassionate staff!

We have had the best experience with this company...they have been so good meeting all of my husbands medical needs. From Oxygen equipment and supplies, to his hospital bed, there is nothing they haven't done. With special thanks to Shawn Autry and Jim Morris. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs in this final stage of my husband's life. They are professional and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much.
