I had no bad experiences with Landmark infusion. In fact they were great for my first experience with having to go thru an infusion experience. Great job!!! If I have to do this again I hope that it is with them. They provided everything I needed for the infusion experience. Again great job!!!!

Landmark infusion has literally been a lifesaver for my brother! I cannot speak highly enough of the level of professionalism, kindness, and service they provide. Twice, the hospital discharged my brother late in the evening and both times, Landmark immediately made priority arrangements to ensure he had the necessary medical items and medicine at home in record time, so that we didn't need to worry about anything! As if that weren't enough... Additionally, the entire time he was receiving TPN at home, the fabulous people at Landmark continuously went above and beyond to make sure they replenished his supplies and adjusted his TPN customized for him, based on his lab work. When he was not able to get nourishment any other way, they were there getting him back to health! It is easy to see they truly care about their patients, and that makes a WORLD of difference, especially when you're very sick. Philly is amazing, she always checked in with us to make sure my brother had everything he needed and was someone we could really count on, when so much else was so difficult for my brother. She took the time to explain things that were completely new to us, and offered information and resources so we could learn more about nutrition to help my brother. She was truly a beacon of light when we were totally lost!!! Even during the ice storms, Landmark checked in to make sure we were doing alright and arranged special deliveries for their patients in need so that no one was going without their nutrition. I am forever grateful for how kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and accommodating Landmark and their staff have been to our family. "Thank you" just isn't enough to express how much you have meant to our family!!! We are so grateful and appreciative, especially to Philly, thank you
