I've had 2 pieces of medical equipment delivered after my hip surgery and things arrived fast and in great condition. I am very thankful to them for delivering these items, being that I am in such a vulnerable state.

EVERY SINGLE one of the men who delivered and picked up my mother’s equipment were professional and kind and a pleasure to deal with. I don’t know who does the hiring of these workers or if there is a code of conduct that is expected of them but they go above and beyond any of that! Congrats to the entire company for being one of the few these days that still hold themselves to standards that allow a customer to feel good about the service provided!

I had So much help and cooperation from this company, seeing that I could have exactly what was ordered when I needed it and everyone was very kind and caring. I highly recommend using them!

I didn’t physically go to this place but they delivered a hospital bed to my house for my Mom. Although it is a rental it looks brand new. Everything came in all plastic. And looks grand new. So I am assuming that it is all brand new or it’s been fixed up and cleaned very well. I am hoping it will do what I need it to do for the safety of my mother.

My doctor sent over RX at 10 am today. Adapt health communicated great and ensured I received my equipment as soon as possible arriving to my home by 2 pm. Driver communicated great and was so pleasant. Would definitely recommend this company.

Was having problems with my condenser. Gentleman on the phone got me a new one delivered a couple of hours after I called!

Excellent customer service. Very kind answer all my questions. Took tome needed for me. Was not a rush thing. Made sure I understood correctly I can breathe easily again.

My father got a new Rolator delivered today. My father is very happy with the new Rolator! AdaptHealth was great, the delivery person Emad was very nice & helpful! He texted me about 20 minutes before arriving saying he was on his way & time he would arrive. Very impressed with this company!

My experience with is they so bad they send me kit mechine but never send medicine to put inside never recibed liquid for it and no body knows nothing about it this company suck no body whants listen take out this health department

1. Office is very dirty and smells 2. not helpful at all 3. was billed 155$ when I was told I wasn't going to be without consent 4. no one wanted to help in the office. I would steer clear of this place and choose someone else if its possible.

Machine arrived quickly, but struggling to sleep due to fit and correct setting. It's not logical that something this important doesn't come with a fitting appointment. If I had to do it over, I would have picked a different company that sets up an appointment with a tech who goes over everything with you, helps you figure out the best fit and helps determine which setting is the most appropriate for you like my husband's CPAP provider did. Instead I got a box with the device and instructions to watch a video and figure it out or call if I need more help. If I didn't have my husband who's experienced with this to help me, it would have been returned already. Not impressed and not happy at all.

They just don't care about you. They send me the wrong replacements and after 5 days I called and they still couldn't tell me why it wasn't sent out yet, I believe they don't have any competition and they don't care, I will talk to my doctor to use another place to get my supplies.

These people are terrible in customer service. Do not use this company. Tried to order a part 3 times and they got the order wrong all three times. The third time they have no record of my call. However, they have no problem asking for money for supplies!

The Apria representatives on the phone who coordinated the order were very efficient and pleasant. The representative who delivered my equipment was very professional and informative. He set up all the equipment, then was excellent at explaining their operation and patient to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with his service, and I told him so!

So frustrating to have to deal with! I currently have a CPAP rental , the Insurance company approved it for 3/8 to 7/1 and seems one day before , lapsed where it was missed . They charged (withdrew from my account) me for that ONE day before that was unauthorized (their error) and said when it posts to my account, they will refund me. Sent the request 2x and has been denied! Now we’re on to the 3rd request and another 7-10 days , which BTW you have to call in between to check since no one will call you. I call 2x weekly and no one can seem to get it together!! When I asked to speak to someone in the department who keeps denying it, seems there is no outside communication other than their own emailing them. They didn’t forget to mention I have a copay. Ok , you will get it in “7-10 “ days !

Called to speak with sleep coach to ask questions about how to properly use the device and inquire about possible defect. Questions were addressed but with impatience and anger by the rep. I begged for understanding and listening but was criticized and spoken to harshly. Her facts were inaccurate. Example: I was told that I was not following my doctor’s prescription by mot using humidifier or heated hose on day one. Doctor’s office and Resmed informed me after that this is wrong. It’s optional and based on my comfort only. The rep made me afraid to call back if I need help.
