The Pharmacy Tech took the time to get online and find me a great discount on my meds. She saved me a lot of money. Then the Pharmacist went through my meds with me and gave me very thorough instructions on their use. I felt like I was in good hands.

There’s an exceptionally annoying trans “woman” who works here that has a very condescending attitude and they make a lot of unnecessary comments about the things you buy. Telling you things about your medical condition that any idiot would know. Completely inappropriate and smug personality. It’s pretty inappropriate for someone with such serious mental issues being in a position where they are privy to sensitive private information and who doesn’t possess the common sense to understand social etiquette and personal boundaries. What a nightmare of a person.

My 10year old grandson had his tonsils and adenoids taken out. His ENT Doctor gave us a prescription of loritab 5mg for break thru pain. The med tech at this pharmacy was so rude and nasty to me with his judgements on the pain meds and questioned me as to why my grandson was given this medication and didn't think it was a correct medication and wouldn't give me the meds without talking to a pharmacist. The pharmacist was just as rude to me about it and was talking so loud the people in line could hear and was getting dirty looks like I was trying to poison my grandson. He then called a third person over who wasn't as rude but made it clear she didn't like what was chosen to give him. Finally after literally arguing with these three people for about 20 minutes I was given the script. I called my grandsons Doctor and he was pretty pissed they did that to me. They are not Doctors and are not my grandsons Doctor and doesn't know what is best for my grandson and the judgement and disgust they made me feel was horrible. They were very unprofessional and we will never get another prescription filled at Walmart ever again.

This place gas lights you and they tell me something different and can't ever get a straight answer from them about my refills. Then their online refill is so far behind and I'm changing pharmacies. This place is so bad. I can't believe I went back to this pharmacy. There are a few very nice and very helpful pharmacist but this is not the kind of pharmacy I'm used to.

Update: Most of the time in the past I had no problems but recently I've had multiple problems with slow service or not having the medication I need in stock for long periods of time. The customer service has also went down hill as of lately. Please work on better service or I'll have to change pharmacies. Thanks!

Helped get a cheaper price for our antibiotics and filled all 3 scripts before closing at 6 on Sunday...we arrived at 547...great people did a great job

WALMART PHARMACY - MISSOULA MONTANA - BUYER BEWARE!

I have rarely received the correct prescription from this pharmacy. Of the multiple times (approx.) that I have tried to use their service, I have received incorrect prescriptions about 90% of time. Either someone elses medicine ended up in my hands (along with their private info/address,etc), or simply received wrong medicine in bottle with mhy name. THIS IS A DANGEROUS PLACE to fill a prescription. Not only are they rude and mean when I call in and pickup, but they have almost KILLED me by giving me the wrong medicine. After seeing the last review, I had to post my own. Please don't go to this pharmacy, if you r health is important to you. Also, I agree with last review. They are very rude and mean to their customers. Not only to me, but I have seen them treat other customers the same way. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO USE FOR MEDICINE. STAY HEALTHY. STAY AWAY FROM SUPER WALMART PHARMACY.
