The worst. My surgery was scheduled for Tuesday the 20th. They called and insisted I take the machine on Friday the 16th. I set an appointment of 10:00 fir the 16th. Their delivery driver arrived at 12:30.

After getting the surgery they called on the 22nd and wanted to pick up saying I had the machine for 7 days and that was all that was authorized. Told me I had to go through the process of getting a prescription for additional days.

TOTAL SCAM. Do not use or allow them to drop off medical equipment.
I have worked with the owner Fred and he and his team have always been amazing! Very responsive and always go the extra mile to assist. I have been ordering from them for over 5 years and they have and our outstanding.
I am filing with the BBB after dealing with the owner this afternoon... I couldn't believe how deceitful and uncaring he was and on top of that using the pandemic as an excuse for his practices and behavior.

Following is what I wrote in my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. When I told him I'd be doing this, he told me that he didn't care. Let's see what happens. :)

Complaint Description:
Failed to clearly cite return policy. Upon attempt to return it was blamed on Covid-19. That reason wasn't written anywhere so he changed his reason After trying to return an unopened product still in its original packaging, I was explained by the supervisor/owner that they don't accept any returns due to the current pandemic. I asked him how they were able to sell during a pandemic using that same logic as these supplies are shipped to them through supply chains and that he and his employees don't live in this building to which he had no response. I explained and showed him that nothing was opened whatsoever and continued to give the same reason, refusing to hear anything else. Once I pointed out that the receipt and signage said absolutely nothing about COVID-19 (and this being a medical company as well) he then changed his mind and said that the receipt states that they do not accept anything that is designed to touch the skin. I said to him that they are a medical company and everything they sell is designed to touch people. He said they accept returns on wheelchairs... I replied that people sit in it. Then I said that the pandemic excuse was a flat out lie and even if there was no pandemic then he still would not accept any returns. He said YES. I let him know that he's running a scam and that his signs should simply say 'no returns' instead of this verbal soup that's pasted at the bottom of the receipt that is designed to be confusing/misleading. Before leaving I let him know that he is marking up a $35 nebulizer by $90 according to online. He said that he is providing a service... then he mumbled something about it being my fault for not searching online first.

Your Desired Resolution:
I would like a full refund and to be able to return their brand new unopened product back and for them to be absolutely transparent about their return policy and to stop lying to customers for reasons why they won't accept a return.
I have worked with this company for 1 ½ weeks to get a hospital bed & rails for my dad. I have spoken to the office/owner 3-4 times daily & things are still unresolved. They are pleasant, but they promise and do not follow through. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just don’t care. If you have nothing but time to deal with their poor customer service, use them.
My aunt was diagnosed with sleep apnea and we went to Complete Care to get a CPAP machine. The staff was very friendly and diligent in their work. They had a selection of different kinds of CPAP and Bi-Pap machines that my aunt can choose from. She was able to choose from a variety of face masks and tubing for the c-pap machine. They even contacted her doctor and made sure the settings for the machine are per his instructions. Complete care accepts most major insurances and was a great experiences. Highly Recommended!
I have been looking for a Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machine for some time and Complete Care was the first place that had exactly what I was looking for! They accepted my insurance with no problem along with my doctor’s prescription for the machine. Extremely fast and convenient service. A technician arrived at my house and explained how to use the machine with all the available features within a few days. I am very happy and already feeling better. I recently went to Complete Care Medical supply to purchase a power wheelchair for my grandmother and it was a great experience. The owner, Fred helped me go through all the different options available and was very helpful in determining what would be a good fit for her. I looked around online and Complete Care Medical Supply offered the best price avilble and even offered free shipping to her house. A delivery technician came and delivered the wheelchair, set it up for my grandma and patiently explained to her all the features on her new chair. She is very happy with her new wheelchair and we couldn't be happier with Fred and Complete Care Medical Supply. They have a great staff and will always returned out phone call when we had a question. Highly recommended!
