It is a horribly messy and disordered shop compared to other Actions. The shelves are generally empty, and the staff doesn't bother to fill them up and replenish the stock. So, it's impossible to shop for anything I'd like because it's nearly never there. There are also products constantly lying on the floor and open product boxes, and no one cares to clean up.

Employee scanned my article, it didn’t work and told me you can’t buy it. Not a single ‘sorry’ or ‘let me see what I can do’.. ridiculous service 👎

I reached 7 mins before closing time to buy something that it'd have taken 2 mins to get, but they said they were already closed and don't let me in. Don't set 18:00 as closing time on Sundays if you're not willing to let people in before that.

EDIT 1: Next day on Monday, I've dropped by around 17:25 and it's closed, so go figure. It's the third time I've passed by in vain this week. Stick to the working hours or change them, but don't make people waste their time.

EDIT 2: In the end, I ended up buying what I needed at Xenos.

Nice shop if you are moving into a new house. You have got a wide range of items. Stocks get over really fast. It's us is value for money.

Always a busy store. Which means empty shelves sometimes. Good for the shop, not so good for the customers...

Good place to buy general things for your house, snacks, cheap painting tools and even toys. It’s a big store inside Hoog Catharijne with lots of variety of products. Worth stoping by if you need something, especially because of the price.

Place has a huge variety of household items. From kitchenware to bed linen and what not. Cheaper than bigger brands like Ikea.

It's always a joy to get good quality stuff for small prices. Not everything is of high quality but tools and paint is good and durable. I also like all household cleaners.
Just sometimes they simply do not have enough checkout's open and the wait is a bit long.

Cheap products with surprisingly good quality. Come here to buy school supplies and art supplies. I rate it 4 stars because the lights are very bright and give me a headache. And the store is usually very crowded

Nice to have action in that precious mall. However, it is small and a lot of things that I want is either not available or out of stuck. From my own perspective, a better management of this shop will make it more attractive because the location is just perfect.

It is action. Cheap, oke quality and sometimes great quality.

Just try to check what are you buying to not end up paying for things your will never use

Action is a good place to buy multiple products at reasoable rate. It could be household products like soaps, handwash, cosmetics, fitness, Supplements, car products like oils, collant, wipers, etc, Bicycle parts and accessories, etectrical & electronics equipments, paints, staionaries, toys, dry fruits, candles, dish cleaning liquids and many more like greeze removal, foorwares. You name it and that would be there. It has very wide varity and ranges. This is one of the best store chain in Netherlands.

If you "are what you buy", you should probably not go here. Lots of cheap stuff you probably do NOT need but I go there from time to time to make sure they really stick to that device. (Lol)
So I am always proud if I manage to leave with only the cheap cleaning acid and maybe a bulb. I think all the plastic and bad quality stuff dhould not be bought. Made by people the poor labour conditions too.
The shop does not fit in the "love your planet" and "cradle to cradle" thoughts.

Cheap products but not the best quality. It's a good place to get inexpensive stuff if you've got a limited budget but be prepared to not be amazed by the lifespan of your purchase. Sometimes I can't find the price tags for some items and most of the people who work there don't speak English. As a result, every time I need to ask them a quick question I know i might have to wait a bit till they get me someone to help me out.

This all purpose supermarket has changed its location from the first floor to the ground floor.
the store has also been renewed in all areas
It has all the action products.
The layout has been changed and it's now more accessible and it is easy to find your favorite products.
The range off products is widened so there is now more to find in this store.
