Amazingly helpful service help me over the phone
We had a great experience using more supply for our custom home. We met with Jennifer to make all of our selections and she was fantastic!
Place is understaffed at the counter. Slow. Will look for other vendor. Who cares
1140 AM and they close their doors and no more answering of phones on a Saturday morning.

Hi I just called Morrison and spoke to Mark. He not only saved me a lot of time, he also shared w/me great info on drainage materials that Plumbing companies use for sewer lines. BTW I was simply calling for a replacement cartridge for my shower. Thank you mark. Happy Thanksgiving Morrison Co
They have some of The WORST Customer Service I have experienced. The phone tree service was worthless. I was able to visit 3 other stores on the way waiting for them to answer. When they didn't even know what supplies they had and I was able to drive there faster then get them to answer.
While waiting in a long line for Customer Service, I was able to connect a different store which had the supplies in stock and left.
I will share the low level of service with my friends, family and Business partners.

One word describes this establishment unprofessional and the women at the front desk are the WORST....

Do not recommend. We walked in and the front receptionist was not welcoming. She had a scowl on her face upon us entering the establishment (we did enter at 450pm). We were not asked if we needed any assistance while there and when it was 5pm she came up to us and informed us that it was 5pm and they were now closed. We did have our kids with us and perhaps they are not kid friendly, regardless, she made sure to inform us of their hours and failed to tell all the other clients in the building. Please make sure you have proper etiquette prior to selling high end merchandise to your target demographic. Either train your staff properly or fire your front desk receptionist. Extremely disappointed.
I wish I could leave a review I’d zero stars. We spent a premium for what we thought would be premium service. After requiring payment up front, along with a hefty installation fee, the appliances were dumped in the middle of our kitchen, none of our old appliances were removed, and now no one will return our calls. Save yourself a lot of money and hassle and go to another store for your appliances and home needs
Came into this place yesterday..this was our last Hope to find help with our plumbing! The Staff was Great! .. especially Daniel! A Big Shout out to these workers! Great Attitude ..extremely Helpful! And to a couple of plumbers that were in the store! THANKS AGAIN! I STONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And GO COWBOYS!👍💯😄💙
I cannot believe I am not able to speak to someone at this or any other location without going through a corporate office. If I wanted to speak to corporate, I would have called them. I have called 4 times over a period of 45 minutes, and STILL not able to speak to anyone at the N Park location in San Antonio. I am beyond disappointed in Ferguson! This is the WORST company!
Looked like a super nice place. I walked in and stood at the front desk for 2 minutes and didn't receive any type of greeting or acknowledgement. Poor customer service.
Used to be a regular customer back when Mr. Bandy was at the helm. This place has gone way down hill over the years. Trying to get someone to help you is almost impossible, unless you’re a regular. The gentleman with the Bob Ross memorabilia is the best one there by far these days. It’s a real shame, this place was the supply house to go to a few years back. Everything was always in stock, you were greeted immediately when walking in, and counter staff were eager to help. Nowadays, good luck. Shelves are empty, counter staff is rude as all getup. Just an all around mess. Save yourself the headache and go to Winston Water Cooler instead.
Drove all the way to this place just so their closed and times don’t match up. Wish they would answer the phone instead of having it automated so I could’ve saved myself the gas.
People are great here. Beware you will want to buy everything. Things are pricy but of good quality.
My wife and I stepped in here for the first time after being advised by 2 people to come here for kitchen Hood Cover that would be customized. Minute we entered in the front desk ladies were snotty and never greeted us. The showroom sales staff never greeted us and at one point one lady past us and said absolutely nothing neither gave eye contact. Sales staff went to customers they felt had money. Sadly, after such a beautiful showroom I will take my business elsewhere. My wife and I were loaded with money on things we liked there...we honestly wanted quality and declined buying from Lowe's ect. Now after feeling we were judged by way we dressed and possibly discriminated because we weren't typical white & dresses to T. Sadly y'all lost over 10k in profit and commission and we will never refer you to friends or family that too come from wealthy sides. Yeah I'm the dude that went up the steps while y'all waited till I got mid way and then told me there were offices up there when you could a told me before I headed on up. This place deserves 0 stars for horrible staff that discriminates people by appearance and race....unless you white you'll get customer service like every white customer I came across in there.

Needed a new hose for my sink, I took old hose up to the store and they helped me find the replacement right away and it was the perfect fit. Excellent costumer service!!
They were polite and courteous. But there knowledge on plumbing was a bite lacking. Yes they seemed very young. A little more training and experience is need. I will continue To go get my plumbing supplies from there.
The hose on my kitchen faucet was leaking, so I took the nozzle and a few pictures into the parts/repair shop. I forgot what brand name it was, and didn’t have an item number. The salesman, Roger Salazar, was outstanding. He said leave the information and he would do some investigative work to find out exactly what hose part I needed. He called me today and found exactly what I needed and said it would be shipped to my house. It’s customer service like this that will make me a Ferguson customer for life. I highly recommend this company.

Selection was great, initial visit with sales was also a great experience…. Unfortunately, 2 of the products I received were defective and service after the sale has been horrendous. They apparently forget who you are after the sale. I spent approx $6k here and can’t get them to replace 2 defective pieces for $36 bucks. Just disappointing.
You need to have to more people on the counter And one more On will call. If the counter is where you make your money on rush hour you should have for people Not people waiting at the counter For a salesman The two people you have on the counter are overworked. They're excellent but they're overworked

Great prices!!! Guys at the counter don't have too much product knowledge of their hot water heaters, so do your own research prior to going.
Great showroom. If you tell them you are just looking they will leave you alone to. Such a relief! Then when you're ready to answer questions someone will happily answer, work up a price, and let you know when the product will be available. Will be ordering from these guys when we make a decision.
Great part selection. They had a replacement faucet cartridge for a Valley faucet, which are discontinued parts that KB Homes might stick you with!
As an Interior Continuity Specialist, Expressions is top notch in both service and sales. This is not a Lowe’s or Home Depot and the expectations have to be set clearly. Long gone are the days of consumer reports websites and word of mouth reviews!! Come to a gallery and receive white glove service regardless of your budget, warranties that can’t be beat, expert care in installation, and honest ETAs. What a pleasure to work with from top to bottom George Perez is a very professional sales person and was attentive to our questions and needs explaining the process along the way. George helped to coordinate the delivery and installation which came off flawlessly. The care the two installers took to remove the old unit and install the new unit was apparent. Just the time it took to perfectly level the stove alone. We would definitely purchase from George again.
We recently purchased all of the appliances for our new home at Expressions Home Gallery. Whitney Campbell was our salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable on all of the appliances and communicated well on the delivery status of our appliances. We've had one needed service call for our BBQ unit, and they handled that quickly and professional as well. We've had a great experience, and we highly recommend them

Visited to replace dead, under-the-counter ice maker. Priscilla Sanchez was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, a positive experience. Despite being somewhat more expensive than a big box store, worth it, because they will do the installation.
Ferguson is my place to go to for plumbing parts that you will not find anywhere else. Today it was for a water 1inch entrance and exit Manabloc with 1/2 connections.
We go to “Will Call” for plumbing supplies weekly.... The man in the back is very friendly and helpful and tries to accommodate us BUT the lady is always in a hurry, not friendly and doesn’t seem to be interested in the fact that you guys called us and said the plumbing part we ordered is not there... Costing us time and delays. She’s actually rude and obnoxious each time I’ve been to “Will-Call”. Otherwise the rest of the team are great. She also gets rude with her co-workers we noticed.
As usual the customer service was outstanding. Caryn took excellent care of my customer and that makes me, the builder, look even better.

Head manager took Covid as a joke. Let one imployee infect all there staff. Had all new staff come in and new staff dosnt know what I need. Fustrated that they would take Covid as a joke. Now business suffer thanks to them. Will not be coming back.
The most unorganized supply house I have ever been to. Placed a large order and it took over a week for them to get it even close to right.
Good service. Knowledge counter personnel. The only negative is that they don't always have what I need due to supply issues. Once you get accustomed to a quality product at a reasonable price and they can't stock it, you feel a bit jaded. You end up compromising. Life goes on.
They have a good amount of parts, and even parts that you don't find in the big box stores. I go there often, as I do kitchen and bathroom remodels.

This place is the worst. Could not get any help. The people that work here run from you if you need help. There was 15 people waiting and only one person at the counter. The other staff were in the back hiding.
You won’t like this place for sure. It takes forever to unload. They told me to take a napp. Be prepared. Bring some food with you.

I went here today looking for a small piece of schedule 80 they only carry larger stuff and the guy seemed put out to even try to help me. I'm so sorry that I'm not a $900 customer or more. I thought I would go to a plumbing store too because it's better than Lowe's and has bigger selection of specific Parts but apparently you guys don't or don't care to help. You can roll your eyes at someone else next time dude.

I made a purchase back in October and paid cash. Certain items needed to be returned, due to that my contractor had already purchased the items. I was told since I paid cash, I would get a refund the following week. A week passed and nothing, then I called spoke with Camille the sales person and she has given me about 3 different stories on when I will get the refund. I asked for corporates # and have left 2 voicemails and have yet to receive a phone call. I also purchased more items and asked to get a credit and was told I couldn't. I was planning on purchasing more items, but at this point I will take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, this is bad business.
