Loved It! Old fashioned hardware sore where you deal at the counter with an experienced salesman who brings up each request on his computer, then goes in to the warehouse to bring you back the article for you to see. What an extraordinary process! Takes time but very impressive.

Visited today , could not do enough to help! Went in to buy some very large bolts and all the gubbins that go with them. Unfortunatley they didnt stock the size needed. The young man helped with what I needed and recommended a local more specalised shop . Great to see that even though this is a large chain that excellent customer service lives on ! Had to replace a saw I bought the day before as I got got wrong one due to my own stupidity. I was served by Ewan (I think) who was the deputy manager. Made everything really simple and was very friendly and courteous. Great, friendly and efficient service.

Wonderful service and wonderful store. Just moved into a new build house and need lots of odds and ends. This place has it all, or they will have it next day. Simple system of ordering but helpful staff as well.

Situated in an industrial estate, nice, easy to find, parking spaces, lovely staff. I had ordered online in advance, so super fast. If not, there are catalogues for perusal and you can buy/order there and then.
