A lot needs to be done to improve the performance of this office for example open the online reservation. Also, accept electronic payments.
The tour to the desert was very good. Our driver picked up on time around 15.00 and after 1 hour we came to the sands. It was amazing! After we have had a quad biking with additional payment (if you want) and it was so nice too! After that we moved to dinner with fair show.
Rayid is a great person. He Took care our safari ride and made it very interesting and exciting. We had so much fun and I highly recommended him and his company

Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were exceptionally friendly from the time of booking through to the end of the tour including sorting our photographs. The flight itself was amazing, we (party of two) went on a 4 seater helicopter which meant it wasn't crowded and everyone had amazing views. The route (17 minutes) was also great featuring the main Dubai attractions - highly recommended.
Customer service is garbage with these people, the old lady at the counter was very rude. She asks questions and when I start answering, she says STOP
This really rubbish. These people have been long time in Dubai and right now, very bad service. No one answer the call. They put us on hold then close the line. It is really shame. How you represent the Iraqi airways. This is unbelievable

This is the worst service i have everything experienced. They are very slow in experiencing customers and they have no manners at all. They only take cash they have no card payment options and that they don't even inform customers by phone nor by the door. I asked for managers phone number I was not able to get for no reason. I don't know how they still operate, only two ladies work in this office.
They deserve -5 not even one star. Awful service. The only airline closes three days a week, the only airline in the world takes cash only for reservations and the only airline doesn’t have a website to reserve and pay for your ticket. What a shame for such people and office to represent a country like Iraq. We all know why they don’t want to use credit cards for payment 🤔
I was surprise to see people giving 4-5 star, perhaps their own agents, they don't deserve even 1 star, never response phone, you must visit the office even at office you are being treated like beggars as you are there to take free TKTs. Worst staff and customer services, they need to get training in customer services management after that they should give given counter agent job..
Iraqi airways is a mess. Their website doesn’t work, they don’t answer phone calls so the only way to book a ticket is going there in person.
The staff in this branch were kind and helpful though. The main responsibility falls on the airline management since their pilots are having protests and such.
