I think this is an ok market. Its small and cramped with some weird layouts. But this market always seems to have what I need anytime I shop there. No matter what it is, hummus, guacamole, fresh veggies, plant based items as well any everyday items. Staff is always friendly. If it were bigger 5 stars for sure just because it's always stocked.

This particular grocery store has had issues with inclusion. They have one male employee who has displayed racist and discriminatory behaviors towards women of color. He refuses to help them. Recently he took sides with a customer who violated a rule all because they share the same background. The problem with the owners of this establishment is they don’t take the time to address these issues. This is not their first employee who displays racist behavior. There was a cashier last year who was doing the same thing. It’s unfortunate because there are other great employees at the store. There’s a manager there who is fantastic. Most of the cashiers are great. They’re personable, friendly, and I appreciate all of them. It’s unfortunate that the owners choose to be so hands off with reaching out to customers regarding racist treatment. This one particular employee, short with glasses is a serial racist. The owners had knowledge of this employee since 2017. Recently there were emails sent and the same lack of reply. We’re now gathering other people who feel they have been mistreated by the same employee for a Human Rights claim. As of now, me and a few other women who have experienced this are taking our business to other markets and online. If this employee is worth you losing money and pocket share then good luck. He may not want to help people of color, but people of color have money that’s green like everyone else’s. I would’ve have loved to give this place a 5 start just for the employees and some of the management team but this employee name Chino has been allowed to get away with too much wrong for too long. The owners need to make a clear and direct stance behind doing business in an ethical and fair way for all of the members of the community.

I posted 2 reviews already about the ground beef🤨🤨 ... can someone please explain why there are brown streaks in the ground beef???

Customer service is horrible. Cashier looked like she didnt want to be there. It was a hassle to make my purchase. She caught an attitude because the customer ahead of me forgot her wallet and had to return the items. She and the bagger were giggling when me and another customer walked by as if they were speaking of us. The employee’s name is india. Wouldnt go to this supermarket ever again. For my first time it was horrible.

Great place to shop. Been there a few times and it stays pretty well stocked. Nice variety of products for non meat eaters. Most supermarkets don't stock up on plant-based items, so it was a shock, but nice, to see that they do.

The best market on Arthur ave! Fresh zeppoles served daily promise you will not be disappointed. They even sell they’re own mix for you to make your own zeppoles at home.

Alexandra the owner is so sweet and takes care of all your needs. She even takes requests for items that you may want to see in her market to accommodate you. Exceeds all expectations

I was able to find an item here that I hadn't been able to find for a couple of years anywhere! It was available, and it shipped SO quickly (and packaged so well)! Communication with Alexandra was awesome, and I am SO happy that I got the items I can't tell you! FANTASTIC purchase!

Amazing experience from the second I walked in. The owner was super sweet and tentative. They had an amazing selection of traditional food. Make sure you try their crepes and zeppolis!!!

Stopped by today and what an amazing establishment! The best selection of Italian and eastern European food in the area. So many quality fresh ingredients!

My neighborhood market, it carries most food products I use, the staff is friendly and very helpful, usually fully stocked, clean and affordable. I recommend this location for quick and easy shopping.

I really enjoyed the variety. They have items I haven't been able to find in other stores such as spices, hint water, and a fairly wide selection of rice side dishes. I'll be visiting here frequently. Also right next too...i the Post Office makes it extra convenient.

Great new spot in the Market on Arthur Ave! It’s one stop shopping for Albanian desserts, deli counter, olive bar and other favorite European groceries. The best part … HOT CREPES!!

Great European Market with an abundance of goods and great variety. We were greeted with nothing but smiles and great service. Purchased some spices, dry meats and traditional albanian dry sausage. Will definitely be going back for more and some amazing home made sweets.

I prefer this supermarket because they carry a lot of the vegan products my family enjoys. However, most of the staff is rude. They don’t greet you, even after I’ve said: “good morning” and “ Have a good day” complete silence afterward. Other races are welcomed and aren’t followed around in the store. Today a staff member snapped his fingers in my face to suggest I go to another line because it was available. I don’t know if he really didn’t know if that was rude, and I don't really care. I almost lost it, but I had to think of my children and my job.

They have a decent amount of stuff. The vegetable section is literally rotten. Then there's girls at the checkout...some...most of them are rude and always make mistakes with the prices. If something is on special they will have a debate with you about it not being on special. Also, I've been charged a lot more than what the total was. One time I was supposed to pay $60 and the girl supposedly made a mistake and charged me $120. I've also had other times that the other workers at the checkout tried charging me extra! It wasn't once or twice...it's all the time! The managers are nice though.

They are extremely friendly as if we were a part of each other's families. Their prices are comftable considering the days we live in. So friendly we talk about many topics and specially my kids and different ways of cooking.

The now have vegan options in the freezer section which I love. The produce however isn't that great, I find molded fruit most times I'm there. Also all of my favorite almond milk was over 2 weeks old so if you're going to shop here double check dates.

I like this place because they keep everything in stock and even have Health-Ade kombucha and other quality brands.
Store managers are nice and if you need something they don't have, just ask and they might be able to order for you.

Lots of great vegan, vegetarian, and healthy food options! Coming from a lifelong Bronxite who struggles to find good vegetarian food, this place is a blessing!

My over all experience was good but i purchased an whole chicken to make when i got home but when i opened it smell could've knocked you out. It was spoiled. I had to take it back... The manager took it back and allowed me to get something else for the same price or less. Great customer service at this store.

The store aisles are pretty small, my main concern was the cashier , made me feel so uncomfortable, she was too busy all in my husband's face that she asked me the same question 3 times she even caught a slight attitude , she took long to pass my things and when I got home I noticed she didn't bag a few things.. she was unprofessional. She act like she never saw a guy before, I would never step foot in there ,1st experience was too uncomfortable for me.
