I picked this florist off google based on the 5* reviews. Gave them a ring, and immediately pleasant and professional, everything a business should be. Polite phone manner, speedy next day delivery and even said Get Well Soon to the recipient. Well done and good luck with your business.

Clare created some beautiful floral displays, bouquets and buttonholes for our wedding! Clare was the only vendor I trusted in Cambridge to do my wedding flowers. We got bridesmaid bouquets, my bouquet (bride), buttonholes, two extra bouquets to throw and for another weekend event, as well as flower jars and a pedestal flower arrangement. From beginning to end - flower choices, arrangements on the day, and repackaged flowers for pick up - everything was perfect. If you don't want to stress over flower arrangements for your event, Clare is your woman!
Clare carefully guided us on flower options, themes, and even took the time to visit our venue to help give us ideas on what might go well for the day. We several really helpful meetings beforehand to finalised details. And as weddings go, things changed closer to the time (and even the day before) and Clare helpfully, professionally, and patiently accommodated out requests despite having back-to-back events to prepare for as well. Clare didn't have to, but also helped me pull together a last minute bouquet, include scraps from my dress as ribbon for my bouquet, and pick-up/drop-off flowers to make my days less stressful even though her schedule was already jam packed. I really appreciate Clare's honest recommendations. All of her suggestions were very reasonable. Based on our interactions in the past year, I know Clare really puts her heart into what she does and genuinely wants all her brides to look beautiful with her flowers. I would definitely recommend all brides to go with Clare - you will not regret it and you will know your flowers will receive many compliments on the day. Some of our photos have come back already and I must say, the flowers will not disappoint. If I ever run another event in cambridge, I will definitely trust Clare with it wholeheartedly!

Julia did the flowers for our wedding last week and I can't recommend her enough! We booked Julia last year and on my initial call, we went through in a lot of detail exactly what I was looking for and then she had to do the whole thing again when I completely changed my colour scheme, but nothing was too much!
The flowers on the day were absolutely stunning, exactly what I was hoping for and they were delivered on time and the set up at the venue was beautiful.

I put an online local delivery order just to receive a bouquet that was mostly just generic green filler leaves. A few small flowers on the edges were barely noticeable in the "composition". Not impressed. Especially for a £50 order.
Absolutely loved my wedding flowers (bridal bouquet, 2 x flower girl bouquet and 4 button holes). The process of enquiring, ordering and collecting all went smoothly and I felt like I was walked through all the options so I understood everything and I got the flowers I wanted without feeling overwhelmed by it! My bouquet surprised me by how long the flowers lasted and looked beautiful in a vase after the wedding too!
I pop in here arrange some flower for a bereavement, l ask if they would put some colour in one of their arrangements they abliged. I saw the arrangement a few days later and they looked beautiful, so thank you to the staff they were very nice and understanding. This will the shop l will go to from now on cheers David

Was sent the loveliest flowers by a friend. They were just beautiful and the scent was too, which is sometimes not the case with delivered bouquets. I will order from here myself in future.
I wanted to send flowers to a recipient in Cambridge from myself a resident near Newcastle upon Tyne. After googling I decided on the Flower Project and spoke to a lovely assistant. Although it was a Saturday morning and the delivery person had just arrived they said they could manage to fit me in.
Having received photos from the recipient I can only say how delighted I was with the order.
Customer service was outstanding as were the flowers. I’d use this lovely buisness again when requiring flowers in the future in that area.

Got a beautiful bunch of flowers from my daughter through the flower project. The bouquet has so many different flowers included and is arranged in a natural and relaxed style - I love it!
It was delivered by bike. The flowers were wrapped in a piece of hessian cloth around a special piece of fabric to keep the flowers hydrated during transport - not a piece of plastic in sight! The hessian complemented the relaxed style of the bouquet, just lovely all round. Thank you!

Beautiful flowers delivered the next day. All ordered/paid online. Very efficient service, I would highly recommend and use again thank-you.
The lady (the owner I think) gave me some brilliant advice on how to deal with a plant pest problem I am having. She also took the time to explain more about plant care. I very much enjoy the colourful vases in the shop, and I am eyeing up the 'banana plant' beautiful delicate hanging plant with small succulent leaves that look like tiny bananas 😊
Got a lovely bouquet made for a gift, the flowers were really vibrant and healthy and there was a lot of selection in the store. Staff were also very helpful

Lauri Bloom is a lovely florist shop on Mill Road. We've been walking, passing by the premises when we've seen seasonal decorations around. Went inside and been overwhelmed by the variety of flowers, plants. The prices are affordable /massive monstera plants are at £35,so grab yourself a bargain🙂/and the lady is very helpful, you can feel the positive vibes there. Here is our xmas wreath, done from scratch, and we absolutely love it ❤️❤️

Very good experience. There was a slight delay in the delivery but they apologized and gave a box of complimentary chocolates. The delivery man was very sweet. The flowers are beautiful and so fragrant and fresh. Highly recommend!!
I can not rate Barnwell Florist high enough. Naomi helped my mum and I navigate our way through ordering flowers for my uncle’s funeral. Using photos of the flowers from his garden, they created an absolute stunning coffin spray and matching posey from my children. She was so lovely through the whole process and the flowers were too. When you are dealing with a devastating lost, empathy and support was very much appreciated. Thank you once again.

A really lovely shop with wonderful choices. I went in to pick my great grandma a present and the lovely worker was very helpful patient and kind. He took great care and pride in wrapping up the plant to make it presentable present. Very grateful.
Went there to get a new houseplant and came back with a great, big monstera and a small strawberry plant :) staff were very helpful and a joy to interact with - will definitely go back!

I contacted Cambridge Floral Designs along with four other florists in town via email, and Tanya replied back immediately. Having only corresponded with her via email, I was concerned that perhaps the concept for the 11 floral centerpieces wasn't being translated correctly or that something would go wrong. She not only created beautifully understated centerpieces with the colors requested, she also delivered them perfectly on time. I couldn't be more thankful.

Great place for plant pots of various designs and colours and other accessories. All at a great price - comparable & nice to support locally. I needed a moss support pole & when asked, she mentioned that they have longer ones if needed. Small shop but great finds!

I'm not even located in the UK - I'm in Canada. After failed attempts to reach another shop, I rang Cambridge Floral Designs on the morning of my friend's birthday. Freddie was incredibly patient and helpful, organised a spectacular bouquet, and delivered it to my friend within 3 hours of my call. Julia did the flowers for our wedding and I think the the photos speak for themselves. I couldn't have asked for a more talented florist. She was also very supportive and responsive throughout the process even though we had our wedding at a time when suppliers were very busy due to Covid postponements. I can't recommend Julia enough.
Very speedy delivery although the bouquet delivered was very much smaller than that advertised! I know that only an example is advertised but still, what was received was very disappointing for £38...

I bought some beautiful looking flowers for a special birthday recently and sadly they really didn’t last at all. In fact within 6 days some had completely died off and others were wilting badly. We watered and fed them. At the same time a friend had bought some flowers from Tesco that lasted two weeks and we’re half the price. Maybe I was unlucky and had a bad batch but for the price we paid it was very disappointing
Clare provided a bridal bouquet, hair decoration and button-hole for my wedding on Saturday. Everything was absolutely perfect. She liaised with the bride leading up to the wedding and matched the flowers to her wishes, my tie - even our daughter's dress. Clare delivered the flowers on the day. The flowers were beautiful and I'm drying and pressing my button-hole flowers for posterity. I cannot recommend her enough.

Julia's attention to detail, thoughtfulness and talent is incredible! When we first met, to discuss our Wedding flowers, I said I loved dried flowers as well as fresh, and lots of texture. I couldn't really picture what they'd look like but our bouquets, table fixtures, button holes etc. etc. all incorporated everything that I loved and were all uniquely beautiful. We've bought lots of bouquets from her since and she always throws in my favourite fleurs and knows what I will love! She is also just lovely and a superb workshop teacher!!!

We're one of the lucky few couples who were able to get married this year and Julia was incredible throughout! Our brief to Julia was that we "wanted lots of colours" and we didn't really know the names of particular flowers and the end result was absolutely dreamy. Each arrangement was so stunning and beautiful. I honestly couldn't stop staring at my bouquet! Julia is clearly very passionate about what she does but also extremely talented and creative and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Went in at the start of the day and ordered some flowers for same day delivery, flowers were delivered later in the day and were beautiful. Charming person in the shop, charming delivery man. Not sure you can ask for anything more really.
