They were closing in 30 minutes and no one answered........I have used edible arrangements in the past. But my loved ones with covid didn't get the love 💔. I suggest you call the 800 number. It's the best way 😌 because they are franchises and don't always do it right. But Corp will make it right. More training is needed. IT IS A GREAT GIFT, DELIVERED FRESH AND BEAUTIFULLY ARRANGED 😍 👌 SO CALL THE 800#

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Eddie, the man who helped me place my order was so great! He was kind, helpful, suggestive and overall very pleasing to work with as I placed my order. He displayed the highest form of customer service I've ever experienced placing an order with edible. I've ordered many times and from many different vegas locations but this experience was 💯, top-notch, grade A! So much so that if any delivery has to be made outside of his stores service area......it's just not gonna be made..thanks again!

Recieved flowers that barely lasted 3 days. Pretty upset. Called the number goes straight voicemail no matter when you call.

I live in Hawaii and my mom lives in Vegas. Every year I've sent her flowers and chocolates since she moved and it has been a nightmare every. Single. Year. This year, I opted for an edible arrangement and it was the absolute best experience I've ever had. Lots of products to choose from, decent prices, and customer service was amazing. My mom took a half day from work and I was worried the delivery wouldn't make it on time. I called in and the rep had it delivered within the hour. It was such a stress-free experience from start to finish and my mom loved her arrangement. Thank you, West Lake Mead team!

If you're trying to do something nice for a loved one, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I placed an order for valentines day and they only sent half of it. I called and they told they would deliver the next day, and nothing. It is day three and still nothing. A representative said they would call me back and never did. My order was 100 dollars and I have nothing to show for it but empty pockets and a missing order.

I received an arrangement for my birthday. It was gorgeous. The flowers were beautiful. And lasted for over a week. I gave them 5 stars because I am very satisfied with my product, service, and over all experience. Thank you

I rated this place very highly because they went over and above to accommodate my request. I called from Tennessee to order a birthday gift basket to be delivered to my granddaughter staying at a hotel in Vegas with her family. The gentleman took my personalized requests for the basket and followed through with making it exactly as I had asked and delivered it. He was so polite and understanding and was willing to work with me. He just did it even though it was something out of the ordinary!! That is a good business folks!!

I love this Edible Arrangement location. All my arrangement orders have always been made in amazing quality and been given amazing service as well. Manager Bebe and employee Angie are so friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Everything is delicious and fresh with my personal favorites being their cheesecakes and the white chocolate covered strawberries. Definitely order from here if you have a special occasion or if you want some yummy treats

I have never had the desire to write a review until now. I've ordered from here several times and this store is outstanding! The staff friendliness, store cleanliness, and food quality are all reasons why this warrants 5 stars. Both the chocolate-dipped strawberries and cheesecakes are my favorites and I highly recommend those. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I have been ordering from this store for the past 4 years and have been extremely happy with their service! They help me know what I can order for any and all of the occasions! They go above and beyond to get the things I need delivered in such a timely manner and the quality is always perfection! Dissappointed. I ordered from the "same day delivery" section so that it would be delivered the day of the birthday. It was delivered the next day. It didn't look as represented online and certainly not worth $87. It was also missing the Edible dipped pineapple cupcake that I paid $4 extra for and was in a cheaper looking container. They cover themselves with a lot of disclaimers on delivery and items not looking exactly as pictured, but still...a little communication would have made all the difference. I have ordered EA for different people around the country over the years and either it is this location, or the company in general is really going down hill. For sure not worth the money spent. This will probably be my last time ordering from them.

Decided last minute to send my daughter a small birthday surprise to her job. The only snafu was the driver got the names mixed up and thought they were delivering to myself and not my daughter so ladies in the office had declined the delivery until it donned on my daughter to ask the last name and realized it was for her. No worries.. she loved everything in the package. This was my first time ordering from this company so i ordered a smaller bundle and I was pleasantly surprised when she showed me everything she received. The amount she received for the price i paid and the quality of items was amazing. I definitely recommend this company. Great job!

I Ordered online at midnight from out of state. It was freshly made and delivered by 3:30 ish pm. the same day. The tracker online worked great also, very accurate. I personally called to ask a few questions, customer service was splendid and Our friend to whom it was sent to was so happy. Good job guys 😊

Wow such terrible service ! I can appreciate any business that is open during this hard time. I paid 80$ for a Mother’s Day basket. The basket didn’t even come with the chocolate heart with the words happy Mother’s Day on it. I paid for the chocolate heart so When I told the associate about the problem she was so rude. She was very unprofessional and with that being said I will never return to this location again.

Paid $80+ dollars to get something delivered on Valentine’s Day. All data was correct. Got an email saying product was delivered to said destination at 7pm. Ironically, they are closed at 7pm. I look outside, no product on my doorstep, no neighbors see any street activity.

Can’t call the store to let them know that there was a misfire somewhere.

So upset at such poor service. I called just to confirm my order and the girl was so rude! I asked to speak with the manager and she said “I am the manager” I spent $250 on a order for my daughter’s Valentine surprise and called just to make sure the order would be delivered in time. I was told they do not commit to a delivery time and could not even assure me it would even be delivered! All I can say is WOW! I would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere, this store has failed even the most basic common courtesy!
