Huge shoutout to Taylor and Megan at Edible Arrangements! They made my Mother's Day order extra special. The arrangement and balloons arrived right on time and looked fantastic. My mom loved them! The service was top-notch, and Taylor and Megan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks for making Mother's Day memorable!

Edible Arrangement's strawberry cones are amazing! The staff is super friendly and always make ordering a breeze. Every time I've ordered, the delivery has been right on time, which is awesome. These cones make the perfect gift—always fresh and beautifully arranged. Can't recommend them enough!

I placed a well-in-advance anniversary order confirmed twice for delivery on the day itself. Unfortunately, the store closed leaving me without the gift and scrambling for alternatives. Unreliable last-minute service ruined a special occasion.

My 10 year anniversary and I received disgustingly squishy covered fruit. I'm appalled and so annoyed. The bananas were marshmallows consistency, the apples were like a jello/mushiness consistency. And I didn't even dig into the strawberries after that disappointment. I want my money back and to speak to a manager. This is sad. And it was ordered and paid for since April 8th. Not happy at all. 🤮

The front is clean most of the time, the back is a mess by the end of the day. the power has went out twice. drivers leave the place fairly often to find better paying jobs, the management is mixture of "not my problem" and favoritism" and some "hard work" some customers can be horrible. 70% the strawberries are bad. 30% the Cano lope and honeydew is bad. Communication is awful for both workers and guest. Still have not updated the google maps locations for the downtown building. The website goes down 60% time. and causes issues for both guest and workers. prices are absolutely horrible. Deliveries can be a 50/50 chance of successes. The freezers almost always are broken, the 17 year old flirts with male guest of all ages, talks bad about everyone, Bad tendencies to be racist, has told people to (Kill, Them, self's,) as a "joke" and has made many self killing "jokes". doesn't want to work there and makes it clear by closing everything out with headphones while also always putting hands on food and eating it with out gloves. And wouldn't Buy anything due to the habit of some employees and prices being extremally high. Employees get overworked a lot.

My order she stated they do not have workers and I need to understand that. I asked for corporate number she gave me a fake number. Do not expect to get your order from them. Very rude and unprofessional. Sad to see such a good place go down the drain.

I had an order delivered to me yesterday. The strawberries were so yummy but the flowers needed some love. I called the local # that was on the card and was greeted by the most friendly woman on the phone. I expressed my concerns and she ordered a re delivery for the next day. The flowers came today and are beautiful. As an added bonus, I got another order of strawberries (my office thanks you) This will be where we go in the future for all delivery gift orders! Your team was amazing! 10 plus in the customer service department!

I must say I was very surprised at the care that edible took to arrange and dip the strawberries I ordered as a birthday gift. The stems on the strawberries had chocolate on them and were turned brown . It would have been nice for edible to remove them before dipping them to make them look pretty. The upside is that they are sweet. A little more care in the presentation would have been nice. Before the stems were removed and after the stems were removed
