Incredibly welcoming and productive place to get work done in the heart of Moseley. I've been a coworker here for several years and have been very happy with the atmosphere, friendly staff and fellow coworkers, the kitchen amenities, and the meeting pods. There's a great community here, and the Exchange has many links to other positive organizations in Moseley. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move out of their home office part time or full time!

At Moseley Exchange I use a spacious coworking space for work. Excellent room lighting, secure WiFi, different layouts, sound muffling pods, and a thriving community helped me solve various work issues.

Separately, I would like to mention the staff of the coworking space – they are always ready to help and answer any questions. It is especially pleasant that various events are regularly organized here, where you can meet interesting people and make useful contacts.

Another big plus is various of membership plans. You can choose one the best suits you. The kitchen, seating area and quiet area for concentration – everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

In general, this coworking space has become an ideal place for me to work. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional, comfortable, and friendly environment for their activities!

Good, well-equipped rooms, excellent catering, and staff that go above and beyond.

Great meeting place for business use. Reminded me of how things were before home working. Friendly staff, clean toilets, plenty of tea coffee and orange juice plus biscuits. Not particularly cheap but worth it.

I love the place, the staff are friendly. I go there when I am rehearsing for another performance very soon.

Really helpful, friendly staff and a lovely venue. Rooms a lovely temperature, coffee and food provided was excellent. Would highly recommend this little oasis in the middle of the city

The customer service in this place has been outstanding!! I would like to take a moment to appreciate Julie on reception. She was amazing to deal with, I had an issue Charging my electric car and she sorted it and when I couldn’t find the car park she walked a good 5 minutes to meet me and direct me to the conference hall. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to hold a meeting centrally - thank you again

I have a-lot to say about this place , this review may be deleted by the staff but I need to share my experience with others. Firstly, Hygiene within the catering is vile. The staff members secretly eat all the food behind in the kitchen and are incredibly rude. As a British who has south Asian heritage I feel incredibly uncomfortable with staff such as Vanessa, I didn’t want to reveal names but this has gone too far. Vanessa murmurs islamaphobic language under her breath while being aware of the Muslim women around her. She also uses foul language which shows her lack of professionalism. Also , I feel as if the staff members are being mistreated by Vanessa as she refuses to let anyone sit down in their work timings.

Lovely venue, staff giving amazing support! The building has lovely features but also everything has been thought about and is available, great eye for detail. Lunch was lovely. Thank you for making our NPA Development Day a success!

Quirky area with some great Street art and interesting art.

Very good business facilities, numerous conference rooms for hire. Staff were really helpful.
No Onsite parking, but some available on streets opposite.

The lady who gave the first Aid training was very professional.Despite she was pregnant! KuDOS! 👏 See you in 3years time. I highly recommend priory to anyone who needs first aid training... my certificate was send to my email the next day! Excellent facilities

Excellent staff

In the Priory Rooms I had a Cafe au Latte - the proper name for a proper place. It was truly an oasis from the city street - spotlessly clean, everything ordered (even the napkins were squared up like soldiers, and quiet enough to hear the birdsong. I mused over my chosen tipple about how like chalk and cheese can be the same drink with the same ingredients.
The staff? Obviously the y were brilliant too, and not give the classic staff impression they had little time to spare. Even the manager greeted me with smiles, as if I was full of infectious smiles for me and everyone, as if he has reached the pinnacle of his career.
Leaving, I had to pinch myself as to where I was, the bustling city's epicentre at 1am, so disoriented had I been by my fifteen minutes sojourn. I actually thought I'd been walloped coming back from a luxury holiday.
This coffee out, given a name, could be called a micro-holiday. What a difference a few minutes can make going out for the same ol' bog standard, in this case spilt, latte.

Massive fan. Staff are brilliant. If you haven't been recently they've redecorated and have done a lovely job. Full of plants. They have gone above and beyond making it Covid-safe.

Fantastic hidden Gem in Moseley - friendly staff along with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Great place to work and access community events.

Really good access for wheelchairs users. The rooms are quite large and bright and perfect for art exhibitions etc.
