Reviews

This place is a public facility funded by the federal government. Horrible place. SHUT DOWN NORTH HUDSON!!!!!! Go in and video record these employees with your phones.
Make sure you report them not being courteous to patients and not doing their jobs correctly.........it's our first amendment. FIRST AMENDMENT. If we don't use our amendments, we lose them.
The worst attention I have received in my life, especially the two receptionists, very bad appearance, and very bad attention, I am very angry, I don't know how they can allow such an event in that entity
You will wait for an hour to be seen will be here in the building for basically 2 hours .
Terrible service. I would prefer to pay out of pocket somewhere else.
Took 3 weeks to get blood work back. I am seeing a completely different doctor who is unaware of anything I discussed at my last appointment. I waited 1 hour just to be seen after being on time to my appointment. Staff is dismissive, will not come back here.
They are very unprofessional never answer right away all speak Spanish even I am Indian they reply me in Spanish i always have to tell them I don’t speak Spanish and on top of that I am always waiting more then 2 hours this is unacceptable I wish I could give 0
Be ready to waste 2 hours minimum. Supervisor says they do nothing here to respect the appointment times assigned. Neither they warn you about delays or backups.
PLEASE AVOID THIS FACILITY, GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU BETTER (Englewood location is fine).I went for a walk in consultation. I politely asked if I that was the front desk ladies, to which one of them just replied: “I guess” in a condescending manner. I quickly ignored it since I wanted to be attended. I briefly explained I might have strep throat since I was exposed, to which she replied :”Ew” followed by laughter of two of them. This was extremely disrespectful and they kept laughing about it. They were constantly being loud at the wait-room (laughing, yelling, etc) which clearly tells me they do not have any sort of work etiquette. After 1 hour and a half, I haven’t heard my name called at all and barely was any people waiting. So I knew something was wrong. I asked if they called my name and obviously they forgot. The nurse or whoever the lady that was indicating me to follow her was, would refuse to reply to me in english, she was constantly replying to me in Spanish to the point that it became rude. She was about to covid test me and I asked why. To which she replied: “That’s what you came for right? A CPR test.” I told her that no, and explained her the whole thing. And I had to do it again in Spanish because she doesn’t understand jack of English. She told me that it was too late for me to see a doctor and that she will reschedule me for the next day and will do the PCR just in case to “discard”. I told her that no, thank you, and left. Since that was not what I asked for. I came here last minute to get attended since it was very convenient and I regret it. This is the last time I am visiting this facility. I will now pay for better doctors with my own money rather than get called out by some uneducated brats.
Jessica Moya excelled in service. Very courteous, accommodating, helpful and very professional. Deserves a raise. Place is very clean and orderly
If you have kids please don't go here. Awful! They are very unprofessional! I went in last Friday to drop off a physical form that I needed to be filled out. The nurse told me it'll be ready by next Friday, just call to make sure because there were a lot of forms to fill out. They have so many staff why is it going to take so long for something to get filled out but okay. I called and called to ask if it was ready and no answer like always and straight to voicemail. So I decided to in and just go get it. I go and IT'S NOT READY! Like how long does it take and they told me a guy will come in to fill them it out and that it might be ready Tuesday Morning, keyword "MIGHT"! Also it's hard to make an appointment! And when you make one and you go they take forever to take care of u ! Staff is super rude ! Definitely switching after this! I don't know why this place is this able to help out patients with such horrible complaints.
The worst attention I've received, I was waiting for more than three hours to be attended.
I carried all my medical tests and they did not tell me anything new. They sent me to a hospital just to ask for more blood tests. I was not given a solution.
Now I'm just waiting with terror to get the bill for medical attention. I did not have a solution to my anemia. I got more answers on the internet
