We enjoyed stopping at all the vendors , but we got some great deals at B &.S @ B 8/9/10 also Dave's Deals card shoppe and Franks New and Used had some cool stuff for great prices!! I'm sure I'll be back again !!

I'm disappointed that a relatively new RV park can't use a level when grading the parking spots. I estimate our site drops 6"-8" front to rear, requiring excessive jacking or boards. I observed many other RV sites equally sloped. Unfortunately, the utilities are positioned at the back corner, putting them quite far away from hookups if you have a longer RV. Some sites looked very close together. Our Verizon MiFi wouldn't work because of the very close cell towers interference. Our phones did work, though. Lots of bare dirt. This park was OK for an overnight.

This place was pretty nasty and severely overpriced! We stayed one night while checking out the area. Lots of sketchy people and vehicles coming & going all night long. This is mainly a long-term/ permanent trailer park. They don't even have a bathhouse!

We enjoyed our overnight at this Park. Office folks were great and the pull through sites were roomy and the wifi and cable worked well. Would definitely stay there again.

Barnyard was one of the better rv camping sites that I’ve ever visited nice clean and shaded spots. I will definitely be camping there again.

We spent three days here while visiting Lexington. Very basic with gravel roads and pads. Some are out of level and when my jacks lifted my rear tires off the ground I knew I needed a different site. Owner was happy to work with me and got set up on a different site.

There is no WiFi, but Verizon service was good and I was able to stream my TV using my data connection.

Large dog park to let the dogs get rid of some energy.

They describe themselves as a "RV Community" and most staying here appear to be long term residents.

Close to town, so everything is fairly close by.

If I could rate a zero I would. Totally unsafe. Strangers roaming the park at night. Residents were having their things stolen on a regular basis. Horrible heartless management. Long term residents are treated terrible by management.
Management threatens to evict people on a regular basis. They will keep your 200.00 security deposit for no reason. Lots of garbage in and around the pond. Poor upkeep of the long term lots. Don't stay here. You will regret it.

Great RV park! We stayed here for almost 2 months while we were house hunting. Quiet for the most part, lots of grocery, food and shopping options near by. Dog park is large and there is now on site laundry. Owner is super nice and very easy to communicate with. Totally recommend it!

I stayed there for a month and found it quiet, clean, and safe. The neighboring RV owners were friendly and helpful. For sure, there is a nice bunch of people staying there, so the owner must carefully screen the residents. The trash bin stayed dumped and the landscape was always clean. Residents kept their dogs well controlled. I would have given 5 stars if the grass had been cut during my stay, but that's a minor thing considering my peaceful stay.

What a convenient and well maintained RV park. I stopped in to check it out and was very happy with what I saw. Good management, fair rates, and there is a self-storage facility right next to it for added convenience. Highly Recommended

New RV park. Residents are quiet and park is clean and offers dog park and storage. Wifi is being added soon with resident laundromat.

The RV park is amazing. Full bathroom, shower and laundry. Pull through sites. All connections including cable. Wifi was good enough to allow me to work everyday.

Had a long pull thru site with FHU + Cable TV. We are full-timers who travel with with no children or pets. Our site C-6 was long enough to accommodate our 35ft travel trailer + crew cab pick up without unhooking. Site was not level side to side and someone had hit the water spigot, so it was leaning. We were parked on gravel with a concrete pad for the picnic table.
Didn't notice any noise. It was blazing hot and we ran our AC all day & night. Tree didn't provide us any shade.

The price was really good. I REALLY would love to go back and stay for a three-day weekend to enjoy the flea market!! My kids enjoyed the playground and the duck pond. It's a HUGE park.

Very clean parking slots. Wide enuff so you're not on top of each other. Friendly staff. Nice greeting. A different than you would expect location. Not difficult to get to. Nice and quiet. Highly recommended!!
