Word of advice to the salesperson who just served me. When I ask for ceiling fan advice and give the dimensions to each room of the house I have spent a fortune building, and the salesperson opens with 'okay, those are all small rooms.....' before going into her recommendations, you have instantly lost a sale and generated bad PR for your business. Go somewhere else shoppers!

Have been searching for feature lighting for our new build and came across Erin at the mile end store. She didn't have an item as it was on clearance but phoned around Australia to find one, we could purchase it over the phone and then had it delivered to the store. She was so helpful and really understood the look we are going for. So much so that we purchased another 3 lights when we went to pick the other one up. She is a credit to the company and we will definitely see her when we are looking for more items over the coming months.

You just go nut when you go in here. Beautiful lights and other home electronics fixtures with designs varying from modern, contemporary, rustic to industrial.

Staff are friendly and supportive, however due to the number of customers vs staff, wait is slightly longer to speak to a staff.

Looking for lights, then this would have to be the place. It is the largest range of lighting we have seen for a long time. There are Outdoor lights of all shapes and designs, for different needs. Also the range of inside lights are so varied it is hard to image such a range. They also have a counter that specialises in bulbs, all shapes and sizes. We made a couple of purchases and the staff were friendly and helpful.
