You will see results but at what cost. The microaggressions i experienced were concerning and made me question if this facility even wanted me there. I thought money was green but it seemed like they wanted it from certain people. I continued to go hoping what I was experiencing was not real but they kept proving me wrong. Then I noticed it with others which confirmed it.

I haven’t done group fitness classes since 2019, but this place is amazing! Small groups, 30 minute workout that will definitely make you grateful you gave them a try!

My wife and I have been members at Manchester Fit Body for many years and the results are showing. Its a great 30 minute workout that focuses on many different areas . The workouts are great and always different. The owners Lou, Sabrina and trainer Tracy are always there to help guide you and for me correct my movements so I get the most out of my work out. Great place would highly recommend

I was the type of person that liked fitness fads/trends and jumped from program to program, and though MFFBC started off that way with the "New Year, New You" program, MFFBC was/is not just another fad of mine. I've always been active, but committing to the 6 week program really produced noticeable results both physically and in my 5K race times (and we don't even run in class).
The workouts are perfect for a busy schedule with only 30 min classes, but the combination exercises really capitalize on every minute of those 30 mins. Workouts can be tailored to everyone's ability from beginner to advanced. You cannot get too comfortable mastering an exercise because Coach Lou, Ronny, Tracey and Sabrina will be sure to make it more challenging and push your limits just enough.
Bottom line... LOVE the program, LOVE the MFFBC family, and HIGHLY encourage anyone/everyone to try them out because you will be hooked!

I have been working out at Fit Body Boot Camp for over 1 year. I am a teacher there 2 times a week. I love how this place has supported me on my healthy journey and the members. I have gotten stronger, lost weight, toned and my endurance has increased. I learned how to box jump. I built up muscle to be able to do this and was supported to go past my fear by the owner Lou/ trainer there and the member Ashley. Sabrina owner/trainer there helped to correct my push-up form so I don’t get injured. I love doing the morning workouts before work or after work. This place gives me energy to do the other things I love to do. I never thought a 30 minute workout could give me the results I have been look for. This place gets me to go past my comfort zone with the fun music, motivating supported instructors, customizing the work for the group and the individual. This is my fit family/community.

MFBBC gives you challenging workouts that are always different, so you are never just constantly doing the same routine. The owners and trainers are great people who are so encouraging! They make sure you’re using correct form and push you to do your best, without ever making you feel like you’re being judged. You get an awesome workout in just 30 minutes! If you want a fun and challenging workout, that won’t take up much time, this is the place for you!

Fit Body Boot Camp is a great workout that also has a great community! In the past I have jumped from gyms to fitness classes to at home workouts, but FBBC is one that I can stick with because the workouts are only 30 minutes and there is a lot of support.The class changes everyday and provides a lot of variety. Don't get me wrong, after those 30 minutes you will be dripping in sweat and heavy breathing but it's worth it!

I am so happy I found this gym! The support of the trainers, owners and members is something I have never experienced. Everyone is so thoughtful and they help you keep on the right track to reach your goals. I had such a hard time losing weight on my own and since September I have been able to drop 35 lbs!
